Satan is laughing

Let not the Evil One hinder you: for he is to you an enemy avowed. ( سورة الزخرف , Az-Zukhruf, Chapter #43, Verse #62)
Satan is our enemy number one; an
avowed enemy whose primary mission is to derail us from the path of our Lord –
the Creator. He is bound to go to hell and therefore he wants to take as many
of us with him to burn with him there. In the same chapter in verses 36-40, we
find –
If anyone withdraws himself from remembrance of (Allah) Most Gracious, We appoint for him an evil one, to be an intimate companion to him. Such (evil ones) really hinder them from the Path, but they think that they are being guided aright! At length, when (such a one) comes to Us, he says (to his evil companion): "Would that between me and thee were the distance of East and West!" Ah! Evil is the companion (indeed)! When ye have done wrong, it will avail you nothing, that Day, that ye shall be partners in Punishment! Canst thou then make the deaf to hear, or give direction to the blind or to such as (wander) in manifest error?
We have put ourselves in jeopardy by neglecting Islam and taking the matter too lightly. Majority of the so called modern day Islamic scholars have failed to explain and teach the basic principles of Islam that works as a foundation of ones faith. Many earlier scholarly works on Islam has got hidden from the majority of Muslims today after abandonment of Arabic language where most of the treasures of Islam lie. Modern day Muslims have been goofed and have got it all wrong! Nor did we bother to seek out the truth ourselves. Now we are facing a grand loss –
They take their priests and their anchorites to be their lords in derogation of Allah, and (they take as their Lord) Christ the son of Mary; yet they were commanded to worship but One Allah: there is no god but He. Praise and glory to Him: (Far is He) from having the partners they associate (with Him)… O ye who believe! There are indeed many among the priests and anchorites, who in Falsehood devour the substance of men and hinder (them) from the way of Allah. and there are those who bury gold and silver and spend it not in the way of Allah: announce unto them a most grievous penalty- ( سورة التوبة , At-Taubah, Chapter #9, Verse #31, #34)
Verily man is in loss, ( سورة العصر , Al-Asr, Chapter #103, Verse #2)
Majority of Muslims have failed to live up to the standards of Islamic principles and have thus fallen from grace of Allah by blindly following the present day Alims, Mollas and Imams who behaves in the same manner like the Priests and Rabbis misguiding their followers as warned by Allah in the above quoted verses. Associating partners (shirk) with Allah being the number one cause for the fall outs.
And most of them believe not in Allah without associating (other as partners) with Him! ( سورة يوسف , Yusuf, Chapter #12, Verse #106)
People of the days of pre-Islamic ignorance (jahiliya) used to believe in Allah. Therefore, the name Allah was known to them, but they used to associate partners with Him by calling upon the idols and statues to intercede for them.
And if you were to ask them: "Who sends down water (rain) from the sky, and gives life therewith to the earth after its death?" they will surely reply: "Allah." say: "All the praises and thanks be to Allah!" Nay, most of them have no sense. ( سورة العنكبوت , Al-Ankaboot, Chapter #29, Verse #63)
Our situation today is no different. Most of us have abandoned the direct approach to Allah and have placed an “intercessor” in between us. Majority of Muslims have fallen into the trap of Satan (aka, Iblis) and his secret armies. He has pretty much got us all on his net of bondage.
(Iblis) said: "O my Lord! Because Thou hast put me in the wrong, I will make (wrong) fair-seeming to them on the earth, and I will put them all in the wrong,- ( سورة الحجر , Al-Hijr, Chapter #15, Verse #39)
(Iblis) said: "Then, by Thy power, I will put them all in the wrong,- ( سورة ص , Sad, Chapter #38, Verse #82)
Satan is accusing Allah saying the He has wronged him, whereas in reality it is he himself who have wronged against Allah by disobeying His command to prostrate! And it didn’t end there; he didn’t even bother to say “sorry” for his show of audacity against his own creator! Who is this Iblis or Satan?
Behold! We said to the angels,
"Bow down to Adam": They bowed down except Iblis. He was one of the
jinns, and he broke the Command of his Lord. Will ye then take him and his
progeny as protectors rather than Me? And they are
enemies to you! Evil would be the exchange for the wrong-doers! ( سورة الكهف ,
Al-Kahf, Chapter #18,
Verse #50)
(Allah) said: "O Iblis (Satan)! What prevents you from prostrating yourself to one whom I have created with Both My Hands. Are you too proud (to fall prostrate to Adam) or are you one of the high exalted?" ( سورة ص , Sad, Chapter #38, Verse #75)
However, in one of the hadith we find that he does feel sorry!
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that when, the son of Adam recites the Ayat of Sajdah (prostration) and then falls down in prostration, the Satan goes into seclusion and weeps and says: Alas, and in the narration of Abu Kuraib the words are: Woe unto me, the son of Adam was commanded to prostrate, and he prostrated and Paradise was entitled to him and I was commanded to prostrate, but I refused and am doomed to Hell. (Muslim, Book #001, Hadith #0144)
Iblis is a jinn. A jinn normally have a life span of thousands of years, much longer than humans. But in case of Iblis an exception was made; he sought life till the day of resurrection, which Allah granted. This advantage of immortality has given Satan the privilege over all other jinns thus empowering them to obey him –
(Iblis) said: "O my Lord! Give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are raised." ( سورة الحجر , Al-Hijr, Chapter #15, Verse #36)
So, after losing faith due to his pride, a challenge was taken up by Iblis against Allah’s plan for mankind on earth where he has vowed to lead people astray to hell instead of heaven –
Not so Iblis: he was haughty, and became one of those who reject Faith. (Allah) said: "O Iblis! What prevents thee from prostrating thyself to one whom I have created with my hands? Art thou haughty? Or art thou one of the high (and mighty) ones?" (Iblis) said: "I am better than he: thou createdst me from fire, and him thou createdst from clay." ( سورة ص , Sad, Chapter #38, Verse #74-76)
Iblis thought he was a better creation than mankind as he was created out of “fire of a scorching wind” or “fire free of smoke” ( سورة الحجر , Al-Hijr, Chapter #15, Verse #27), ( سورة الرحمن , Ar-Rahman, Chapter #55, Verse #15) and mankind was made with “sounding clay” ( سورة الحجر , Al-Hijr, Chapter #15, Verse #28). Though we do not know much about how the jinns are created, but we know that they enjoy certain privileges over mankind. However, taking the information from the Books (meaning the Quran and Ahadiths) we can assume that humans are better creation that the jinns. Allah have created us with an amazing combination and balance in a body of clay (a biodegradable mass) which contains water (most of our body content is water), heat (our internal normal body heat is always 98 degrees), air (we inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide), electricity (our neuron connectivity inside the body network) with an minute chemical balances of different kinds. Of course, a guy like Satan would not have the wisdom and knowledge to understand all this. Allah’s order of prostration was not for the body of flesh that He created, but for the “soul” that He specially created for Adam (as). It is all about this “soul” really; how we use it, and how we treat it in our lives on earth. Since Iblis have seen the formation or creation of Adam (as) he only saw the clay part of the making, but failed to understand the value of the soul that was specially created by Allah Himself for this new clay made body to hold.
He is not alone in his ambition to derail mankind from the true path leading to Allah their one and only Creator –
"And the whole hosts of Iblis together. ( سورة الشعراء , Ash-Shuara, Chapter #26, Verse #95)
There are other jinns who have also joined Iblis in his mission to derail mankind from the path to Allah -
(Iblis) said: "Because You have sent me astray, surely I will sit in wait against them (human beings) on Your Straight Path. ( سورة الأعراف , Al-Araf, Chapter #7, Verse #16)
Therefore, the primary goal of Satan is to derail mankind from the “straight path”. And what is this straight path?
Truly! Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him (Alone). This is the straight path. ( سورة آل عمران , Aal-e-Imran, Chapter #3, Verse #51)
Allah too have declared to counter the challenge of Iblis through His guidance and sending special peoples who would not fall into his traps –
"Except Thy servants among them, sincere and purified (by Thy Grace)." ( سورة الحجر , Al-Hijr, Chapter #15, Verse #40)
These “sincere and purified” servants are the apostles, messengers and representatives of Allah who were sent to mankind with guidance and warnings from time to time until the last and final messenger – Prophet Muhammad (s);
Muhammad is not the father of any
of your men, but (he is) the Messenger of Allah, and the seal of the Prophets:
and Allah has full knowledge of all things.

Verse #40)
The continuation of divine guidance ended with the final prophet sealing the path of messengers with the final message (i.e., the Holy Qur’an) from Allah, which also indicates that we have reached closer to the end times.
In sura Sad (#35) and sura Al-Hijr (#15) Allah is reminding us of existence of Satan and his attempts to destroy us by severing our relationship with Allah, thus depriving us from the everlasting enjoyment of life up in the heavens.
The enmity of Satan began with our first parents Prophet Adam (as) and Eve or Hawa who were originally inhabitants of heaven but got thrown out with disgrace for falling into the trap of Satan. Adam (as) and Eve were smarter than Satan. Both of them were ashamed of themselves as soon as they realized that they have been tricked by Satan and sought forgiveness from Allah without delay. In contrary, Satan was so proud that his ego did not even allow him to seek Allah’s mercy after his disobedience. Rather accepted the curse adding some conditions!
O ye Children of Adam! Let not Satan seduce you, in the same manner as He got your parents out of the Garden, stripping them of their raiment, to expose their shame: for he and his tribe watch you from a position where ye cannot see them: We made the evil ones friends (only) to those without faith. ( سورة الأعراف , Al-Araf, Chapter #7, Verse #27)
How did he “seduce” them?
But Satan whispered evil to him: he said, "O Adam! Shall I lead thee to the Tree of Eternity and to a kingdom that never decays?" ( سورة طه , Taha, Chapter #20, Verse #120)
So, we find a clue here; Satan “whispers evil” suggestions in us to motivate us by creating false desires. He makes false “promises” to get us to follow him –
Then began Satan to whisper suggestions to them, bringing openly before their minds all their shame that was hidden from them (before): he said: "Your Lord only forbade you this tree, lest ye should become angels or such beings as live for ever." ( سورة الأعراف , Al-Araf, Chapter #7, Verse #20)
He does not coerce us into doing evil. He just suggests evil through whispers and we fall for it without realizing that the suggestion is actually coming from him. It can only happen if and when we are not aware of or believe in existence of an evil force which is invisible to our naked eye and if we do not have a clear understanding between the right and wrong. In other words, we need a clear guidance to learn all about it.
There is one hadith however where we find that a jinn attacked Prophet Muhammad (s) too, but he was overpowered –
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet once offered the prayer and said, "Satan came in front of me and tried to interrupt my prayer, but Allah gave me an upper hand on him and I choked him. No doubt, I thought of tying him to one of the pillars of the mosque till you get up in the morning and see him. Then I remembered the statement of Prophet Solomon, 'My Lord! Bestow on me a kingdom such as shall not belong to any other after me.' Then Allah made him (Satan) return with his head down (humiliated)." (Bukhari, Book #22, Hadith #301); (Book #55, Hadith #634); (Book #60, Hadith #332).
Though Satan do not coerce us physically but he uses threats to stir fear in our minds to get us to do what he wants –
Shaitan (Satan) threatens you with poverty and orders you to commit Fahsha (evil deeds, illegal sexual intercourse, sins); whereas Allah promises you Forgiveness from Himself and Bounty, and Allah is All-Sufficient for His creatures' needs, All-Knower. ( سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #268)
Allah declares in the Quran that sustenance comes from Him alone –
You make the night to enter into the day, and You make the day to enter into the night (i.e. increase and decrease in the hours of the night and the day during winter and summer), You bring the living out of the dead, and You bring the dead out of the living. And You give wealth and sustenance to whom You will, without limit (measure or account). ( سورة آل عمران , Aal-e-Imran, Chapter #3, Verse #27)
Therefore, those of you who are caught up with fear of losing your job if you do the right thing or either telling the truth (whistle blowing) should consider becoming a Muslim with total reliance on Allah for sustenance and protection. Because along with assurance of sustenance, He also offers protection –
Know you not that it is Allah to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth? And besides Allah you have neither any Wali (protector or guardian) nor any helper. ( سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #107)
To Muslims, the Holy Qur’an is the book of guidance from Allah –
This is the Book; in it is guidance sure, without doubt, to those who fear Allah; ( سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #2)
They are on (true) guidance, from their Lord, and it is these who will prosper. ( سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #5)
Ramadhan is the (month) in which was sent down the Qur'an, as a guide to mankind, also clear (Signs) for guidance and judgment (Between right and wrong). So every one of you who is present (at his home) during that month should spend it in fasting, but if any one is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed period (Should be made up) by days later. Allah intends every facility for you; He does not want to put to difficulties. (He wants you) to complete the prescribed period, and to glorify Him in that He has guided you; and perchance ye shall be grateful. ( سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #185)
Prophets before Muhammad (s) also brought guidance from Allah for their own people that remained valid for a time, and then gradually got corrupted. Eventually, the Qur’an was revealed for all of mankind to read and learn from with an assurance of authenticity –
We have, without doubt, sent down the Message; and We will assuredly guard it (from corruption). ( سورة الحجر , Al-Hijr, Chapter #15, Verse #9)
Therefore, this is the last true and valid guidance from Allah that is to remain with mankind until the day of resurrection. Sincerely following this guidance would help one to reach the paradise successfully meeting with the Lord!
There are plenty of references in the Qur’an about the evil forces that are working against us. It also guides us and shows us how to defend and protect ourselves from these invisible evil forces. The best way to seek protection is from Allah Himself!
When thou dost read the Qur'an, seek Allah's protection from Satan the rejected one. ( سورة النحل , An-Nahl, Chapter #16, Verse #98)
There, the (only) protection comes from Allah, the True One. He is the Best to reward, and the Best to give success. ( سورة الكهف , Al-Kahf, Chapter #18, Verse #44)
If a suggestion from Satan assail thy (mind), seek refuge with Allah; for He heareth and knoweth (all things). ( سورة الأعراف , Al-Araf, Chapter #7, Verse #200)
He even taught us to seek His protection by reciting sura An-Nas (#114) -
Say: "I seek refuge with (Allah) the Lord of mankind, the King of mankind -the Ilah (God) of mankind, from the evil of the whisperer (devil who whispers evil in the hearts of men) who withdraws (from his whispering in one's heart after one remembers Allah). Who whispers in the breasts of mankind. Of jinn and men." (Chapter 114 – An-Nas, MKT)
Pay close attention to the last verse “Of jinn and men”
which is telling us that the jinns are not alone, there are folks among mankind
as well who have submitted to the wills and desires of Satan working for his
causes to derail their own kinds! Among these folks are the disbelievers who
are atheists and followers of some other religions or cults and or their own
desires and impulses. In other words, they follow something other than Islam.
Since they have no knowledge of Islam, Allah and Satan, they are easy victims
of Satan unable to defend themselves from his plots and whispers. These are the
people who eventually become the members of the
Muslims on the other hand are aware of his presence but not everyone knows how to defend themselves from Satan’s influences. It is mainly for the reason is that most of the Muslims today are non-practicing and therefore closer to Satan than Allah. In other words, these Muslims are by name only with no connection with Allah.
In order to safeguard ourselves from the deception of Satan and ultimately to save our souls from being the fuel of hell;
Verily ye, (unbelievers), and the (false) gods that ye worship besides Allah, are (but) fuel for hell! To it will ye (surely) come! ( سورة الأنبياء , Al-Anbiya, Chapter #21, Verse #98)
Except those on whom thy Lord hath bestowed His Mercy: and for this did He create them: and the Word of thy Lord shall be fulfilled: "I will fill Hell with jinns and men all together." ( سورة هود , Hud, Chapter #11, Verse #119)
From the verses above it is clear that a large percentage of jinn and mankind will end up in hell as the fuel for fire. In other words, no matter what we say or write or warn them there still be some folks among us who would follow the footsteps of Satan creating mischief on earth harming others and disrupting peace and tranquility. But those of us who are concerned, we need to learn to give Satan a cold shoulder whenever he attempts to deceive us by directly seeking refuge to Allah Almighty. Satan faces difficulty in deceiving a God fearing pious man following the true path of Islam.
What about those who are outside the boundaries of Islam? It is relatively easy for a Muslim to protect self from Satan by instantly seeking Allah’s help; but a disbeliever is an open and an easy target for Satan as he or she do not believe in Allah, evil beings or anything that are not visible in their naked eyes. Unfortunately, even today, despite being billions of Muslims’ presence around the world, a vast majority of mankind still aren’t believers!
We have explained in detail in this Qur'an, for the benefit of mankind, every kind of similitude: but man is, in most things, contentious. ( سورة الكهف , Al-Kahf, Chapter #18, Verse #54)
But verily thy Lord is full of grace to mankind: Yet most of them are ungrateful. ( سورة النمل , An-Naml, Chapter #27, Verse #73)
So set thou thy face steadily and truly to the Faith: (establish) Allah's handiwork according to the pattern on which He has made mankind: no change (let there be) in the work (wrought) by Allah: that is the standard Religion: but most among mankind understand not. ( سورة الروم , Ar-Room, Chapter #30, Verse #30)
O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise (each other). Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things). ( سورة الحجرات , Al-Hujraat, Chapter #49, Verse #13)
Disbelievers and hypocrites are prone to Satan’s attack as they do not believe in Allah and therefore do not seek any help from Him. Allah too have declared that He doesn’t care for those who are ungrateful and do not stop them from going astray –
Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; ( سورة العاديات , Al-Adiyat, Chapter #100, Verse #6)
It is the wish of a section of the People of the Book to lead you astray. But they shall lead astray (Not you), but themselves, and they do not perceive! ( سورة آل عمران , Aal-e-Imran, Chapter #3, Verse #69)
But those who reject Faith after they accepted it, and then go on adding to their defiance of Faith,- never will their repentance be accepted; for they are those who have (of set purpose) gone astray. ( سورة آل عمران , Aal-e-Imran, Chapter #3, Verse #90)
Lost are those who slay their children, from folly, without knowledge, and forbid food which Allah hath provided for them, inventing (lies) against Allah. They have indeed gone astray and heeded no guidance. ( سورة الأنعام , Al-Anaam, Chapter #6, Verse #140)
Relate to them the story of the man to whom We sent Our signs, but he passed them by: so Satan followed him up, and he went astray. ( سورة الأعراف , Al-Araf, Chapter #7, Verse #175)
Those who love the life of this world more than the Hereafter, who hinder (men) from the Path of Allah and seek therein something crooked: they are astray by a long distance. ( سورة إبراهيم , Ibrahim, Chapter #14, Verse #3)
Who receiveth guidance, receiveth it for his own benefit: who goeth astray doth so to his own loss: No bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another: nor would We visit with Our Wrath until We had sent an messenger (to give warning). ( سورة الإسراء , Al-Isra, Chapter #17, Verse #15)
When I read The Protocol of the Elder Zion for the first time, considering the time it is said to have been written I wondered how is it possible that the Zionists have maintained their agenda for such a long time while we cannot even maintain an agenda for even a year.
I read further about their secret societies (i.e., Illuminati, Freemasonry, Skulls and Bones, Church of Satan, Bohemian Grove, and what have you) from the books and materials by individuals who defected for whatever reasons exposing their plans and agendas. And often wondered with amazement about their well organized effort and determined goals that live on for generations. Their worldwide effective network so efficiently carries out their plans and programs without any flaws and suspicion from the groups that are likely to oppose and obstruct them.
After observing their activities around the world, to my utter surprise, I finally concluded, it is impossible for human beings to carry out such acts with so much of accuracy and as on target. Some form of other beings must be involved in this grand plan.
We have been hyped and told about the alien beings from some other universe visiting Earth from time immemorial till today with only sudden and occasional or convenient disclosures that could not be proven. Skeptically I followed the UFO stories and incidents eventually concluding that it is hog wash or fantasy and have nothing to do with reality. Similarly, I also followed the weird theory of Hollow Earth where it is said that the earth is hollow and there is sun like nucleus at the center of the planet and an unknown world with living creatures. This suspicion is based on the hole like appearance on the north and south poles that are thought to be the entrance or the gateways to that world which is located 800 miles beneath the surface. To me, it is an absurd fiction rather than a fact.
It didn’t stop on earth alone. Now the rumors are coming out that there are or once were intelligent life on the Moon and planet Mars! Well, while they confirm their discoveries or whatever, let us continue with our discussion here instead of going off track.
So, what are the other possibilities? There is one that no one talks about nor it is believed to be a possibility; and it is the involvement of the invisible Jinn race or Demons. There is a chapter (sura) in the Qur’an on jinn called, Al-Jinn (#72) where we get to know about some jinn who are believers (Muslims).
Satan, who is the leader of the evil Jinns (i.e., Demons); is trying hard and even almost successful in his tries to deviate unsuspecting disbelieving people to look at all impractical possibilities while keeping themselves (jinns) out of the scene. Since the disbeliever are not religious and have got no clue to how this universe works are an easy prey for them to play a fools game. Check out the following verses of sura Ash-Shuara (#26) -
Shall I inform you, (O people!), on whom it is that the evil ones descend? They descend on every lying, wicked person, (into whose ears) they pour hearsay vanities, and most of them are liars. And the Poets,- It is those straying in Evil, who follow them: Seest thou not that they wander distracted in every valley?- And that they say what they practice not?- Except those who believe, work righteousness, engage much in the remembrance of Allah, and defend themselves only after they are unjustly attacked. And soon will the unjust assailants know what vicissitudes their affairs will take! (Ash-Shuara #26: 221-227)
The army of devil descends on immoral and cunning people, who have rejected faith in order to get them to do the evil acts for them; which mean that there is an army of devil among the human beings who have submitted to Satan and have taken him as their lord. And by following Satan they have fallen out of grace becoming the fuel of hell -
(Allah) said: "Get out from this, disgraced and expelled. If any of them follow thee,- Hell will I fill with you all. ( سورة الأعراف , Al-Araf, Chapter #7, Verse #18)
"That I will certainly fill Hell with thee and those that follow thee,- every one." ( سورة ص , Sad, Chapter #38, Verse #85)
But Satan has no authority over the sincere servants of Allah –
"For over My servants no authority shalt thou have, except such as put themselves in the wrong and follow thee." ( سورة الحجر , Al-Hijr, Chapter #15, Verse #42)
The apostles of Allah and the pious followers are immune to Satan’s ploys and whispers. They are protected by Allah Himself and therefore remain uninfluenced by Satan’s harms. Even if they fall in his traps once in a while they are quick in repentance and returning to Allah for protection. While others, by accepting Satan as their savior they invoke blasphemy against Allah the original creator -
Yet they make the jinns equals with Allah, though Allah did create the jinns; and they falsely, having no knowledge, attribute to Him sons and daughters. Praise and glory be to Him! (for He is) above what they attribute to Him! ( سورة الأنعام , Al-Anaam, Chapter #6, Verse #100)
Likewise did We make for every Messenger an enemy,- evil ones among men and jinns, inspiring each other with flowery discourses by way of deception. If thy Lord had so planned, they would not have done it: so leave them and their inventions alone. ( سورة الأنعام , Al-Anaam, Chapter #6, Verse #112)
On the Day of Judgment Allah will address the jinns as well as the folks among mankind who followed them saying -
One day will He gather them all together, (and say): "O ye assembly of jinns! Much (toll) did ye take of men." Their friends amongst men will say: "Our Lord! We made profit from each other: but (alas!) we reached our term - which thou didst appoint for us." He will say: "The Fire be your dwelling-place: you will dwell therein for ever, except as Allah willeth." for thy Lord is full of wisdom and knowledge. ( سورة الأنعام , Al-Anaam, Chapter #6, Verse #128)
"O ye assembly of jinns and men! Came there not unto you apostles from amongst you, setting forth unto you My signs, and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours?" They will say: "We bear witness against ourselves." It was the life of this world that deceived them. So against themselves will they bear witness that they rejected Faith. ( سورة الأنعام , Al-Anaam, Chapter #6, Verse #130)
He will say: "Enter ye in the company of the peoples who passed away before you - men and jinns, - into the Fire." Every time a new people enters, it curses its sister-people (that went before), until they follow each other, all into the Fire. Saith the last about the first: "Our Lord! it is these that misled us: so give them a double penalty in the Fire." He will say: "Doubled for all" : but this ye do not understand. ( سورة الأعراف , Al-Araf, Chapter #7, Verse #38)
Allah compares the losers among the jinn and men as “cattle”, meaning mindless and headless with no capacity of understanding (zero intelligence) –
Many are the jinns and men we have made for Hell: They have hearts wherewith they understand not, eyes wherewith they see not, and ears wherewith they hear not. They are like cattle,- nay more misguided: for they are heedless (of warning). ( سورة الأعراف , Al-Araf, Chapter #7, Verse #179)
Prophet Solomon (as) seems to be the only one among the prophets of Allah to have the some control and authority over the jinns. Verses from the following suras reveal a lot of information about this -
And before Solomon were marshaled his hosts,- of jinns and men and birds, and they were all kept in order and ranks. ( سورة النمل , An-Naml, Chapter #27, Verse #17)
Said an 'Ifrit, of the jinns:
"I will bring it to thee before thou rise from thy council: indeed I have
full strength for the purpose, and may be trusted." ( سورة النمل ,
An-Naml, Chapter #27,
Verse #39)
Ifrit’s are the powerful jinns holding leadership position.
And to Solomon (We made) the Wind
(obedient): Its early morning (stride) was a month's (journey), and its evening
(stride) was a month's (journey); and We made a Font of molten brass to flow
for him; and there were jinns that worked in front of him, by the leave of his
Lord, and if any of them turned aside from our command, We made him taste of
the Penalty of the Blazing Fire. ( سورة سبأ ,
They worked for him as he desired, (making) high rooms, images, basins as large as reservoirs, and (cooking) cauldrons fixed (in their places). "Work you, O family of Dawud (David), with thanks!" But few of My slaves are grateful. ( سورة سبأ , Saba, Chapter #34, Verse #13)
This verse is of particular
interest as it reveals some crucial information about the technological powers
and control of Prophet Solomon (as) enjoyed. It seems like he have had a flying
vehicle that could travel fast enough to get him to monitor his vast kingdom
day and night easily. Next the verse talks about a font of molten brass
indicating that he had a use for the brass metal! In other words, he had the
technology to extract molten brass for beneficial use. Finally, it mentions
about the slave jinns that worked under his command who were in constant fear
of punishment if they didn’t comply. So, does it all mean that the jinns are
more scientifically and technologically advanced than the humans who are
capable of doing all of the above? Did they build the flying saucer (i.e., UFO)
for Solomon (as) using brass? Did they make other tools and equipments using
brass? Maybe so; because, we do find some indication that the jinns are
helping humans to innovate the technological marvels that we are using and
witnessing today as the have done in the past. Though there is a lot of hue and
cry of Aliens and UFOs around the globe, but there is a good chance that those
Aliens are not extraterristrial being as we are expected to believe, rather they are the
Demons, i.e., Jinns that lives among us. The continuing verse goes on
saying what other jobs the jinns have done for him, like building high palaces
with decorative images, large kitchens, etc. In one verse which is not quoted
here we find that a water reservior was created with a glass covering!
Possiblility remains that the Pyramids too were built by the jinns.
Erich
Von Daniken wrote about the "Aliens" that he assumend to have
been coming from an extraterristrail origin in his best selling book "Chariots
of the gods?" leaving traces of technologically advanced civilizations
in the past where they were worshipped as gods. Which could
be true, as we are now beginning to understand that the jinns does play gods at
times when they find some foolish group of people who have no idea about the
real God. Thus we find in the Quran:
'And verily, there were men among
mankind who took shelter with the males among
the jinn, but they (jinn) increased them (mankind) in sin and
transgression. ( سورة الجن , Al-Jinn, Chapter #72,
Verse #6)
The encounters and observations
that we notice in the around the globe, space, Moon and Mars surfaces could be
explained by the following verses. It makes it clear that the jinns are capable
of flying takes a shape of a spaceship hence making us think that the UFOs are
actually a space craft flown by some sort of aliens from another galaxy or
space or time.
'And we think that we cannot escape
(the punishment of) Allah in the earth, nor can we escape Him by flight. (

'And we have sought to reach the heaven; but found it filled
with stern guards and flaming fires. (
سورة الجن

Though they could fly even in
vast empty space, but their access is limited. They cannot go beyond certain
areas.
Then, when We decreed (Solomon's)
death, nothing showed them his death except a little worm of the earth, which
kept (slowly) gnawing away at his staff: so when he fell down, the jinns saw plainly that if they had known the
unseen, they would not have tarried in the humiliating Penalty (of their Task).

Well, the jinns are not that smart as they claim! Solomon (as) died in front of them and they have not been able to notice it, until he fell on the ground. Though they are superior to humans in many respects, but they too like the humans have no knowledge of the “unseen”. Thus acknowledging this fact saying,
"(He Alone is) the All-Knower
of the Ghaib (Unseen), and
He reveals to none His Ghaib (Unseen)." (
سورة
الجن , Al-Jinn,
Chapter #72,
Verse #26)
Therefore, the jinns that are propehcising the future events are basically lying to its human followers. They have got caught with lies several times already when they predicted the end of the world citing Mayan end times theory of 2012; they have been proven liars when they predicted alien invasion on the coming of Nibiru which came and left but nothing happened; etc.
Not just Prophet Solomon (as), Prophet Dawud (David) (as) too had some power and control similar to Solomon (as), if not over the jinns.
And Sulaiman (Solomon) inherited (the knowledge of) Dawud (David). He said: "O mankind! We have been taught the language of birds, and on us have been bestowed all things. This, verily, is an evident grace (from Allah)." ( سورة النمل , An-Naml, Chapter #27, Verse #16)
Prophet Solomon (as) [or Suleiman (as)] was like Dr. Dolittle who could talk to birds and animals including the jinns. He was also given some special powers over nature by Allah. He managed to subdue the evil geniuses of the jinn race and get them to serve him. But after his death, the jinns were liberated to engage in evil activities once again.
According to earlier scriptures (Torah and Gospel) Solomon
(as) hid the magic books and materials under his throne that once stood over
the present day Masjid Al-Aqsa in
I often wondered why did Prophet Suleiman (as) buried the magical knowledge underground instead of destroying them. Because if he destroyed them then there would be no way to recover them again! But Allah had other plans for the future as we are finding it unfolding before our eyes to unite mankind under a single religion and governance of Islam.
Ad-Dajjal, the one-eyed devil who is currently locked up in an island somewhere is probably a jinn soon to be released for the final test and trial. This jinn would appear to be a human with one eye claiming to be a Jew identifying himself as the awaited messiah. No information about Dajjal is available in the Qur’an, but some information is available in the ahadiths –
An-Nawwas b. Sam'an reported that
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) made a
mention of the Dajjal one day in the
morning. He sometimes described him to be insignificant and sometimes described
(his turmoil) as very significant rand we felt) as if he were in the cluster of
the date-palm trees. When we went to him (to the Holy Prophet) in the evening
and he read (the signs of fear) in our faces, he said: What is the matter with
you? We said: Allah's Messenger, you made a mention of the Dajjal in the morning (sometimes describing him)
to be insignificant and sometimes very important, until we began to think as if
he were present in some (near) part of the cluster of the datpalm trees.
Thereupon he said: I harbour fear in regard to you in so many other things
besides the Dajjal. If he comes forth
while I am among on, I shall contend with him on your behalf, but if he comes
forth while I am not amongst you, a man must contend on his own behalf and
Allah would take care of every Muslim on my behalf (and safeguard him against
his evil). He (Dajjal) would be a young
man with twisted, contracted hair, and a blind eye. I compare him to
'Abd-ul-'Uzza b. Qatan. He who amongst you would survive to see him should
recite over him the opening verses of Sura Kahf (xviii.). He would appear on
the way between
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reported
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:
The Dajjal would come forth and a person
from amongst the believers would go towards him and the armed men of the Dajjal would meet him and they would say to him:
Where do you intend to go? He would say: I intend to go to this one who is
coming forth. They would say to him: Don't you believe in our Lord? He would
say: There is nothing hidden about our Lord. They would say: Kill him. Then
some amongst them would say: Has your master (Dajjal)
not forbidden you to kill anyone without (his consent)? And so they would take
him to the Dajjal and when the believer
would see him, he would say: O people. he is the
Dajjil about whom Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) has informed (us).
The Dajjal would then order for breaking
his head and utter (these words): Catch hold of him and break his head. He
would be struck even on his back and on his stomach. Then the Dajjal would ask him: Don't you believe in me? He
would say: You are a false Masih. He would then order him to be torn (into pieces) with a saw from the parting of his hair up
to his legs. After that the Dajjal would
walk between the two pieces. He would then say to him: Stand, and he would stand erect. He would then say to him:
Don't you believe in me? And the person would say: It has only added to my
insight concerning you (that you are really the Dajjal).
He would then say: O people, he would not behave with anyone amongst people (in
such a manner) after me. The Dajjal would
try to catch hold of him so that he should kill him (again). The space between
his neck and collar bone would be turned into copper and he would find no means
to kill him. So he would catch hold of him by his hand and feet and throw him
(into the air) and the people would think as if he had been thrown in the
Hell-Fire whereas he would be thrown in
Amir b. Sharahil Sha'bi Sha'b
Hamdan reported that he asked Fatima, daughter of Qais and sister of ad-Dahhak
b. Qais and she was the first amongst the emigrant women: Narrate to me a
hadith which you had heard directly from Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon
him) and there is no extra link in between them. She said: Very well, if you
like, I am prepared to do that, and he said to her: Well, do It and narrate
that to me. She said: I married the son of Mughira and he was a chosen young
man of Quraish at that time, but he fell as a martyr in the first Jihad on the
side of Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him).
When I became a widow, 'Abd al-Rahman b. Auf, one amongst the group of the
Companions of Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon
him), sent me the proposal of marriage. Allah's Messenger (may
peace be upon him) also sent me such a message for his freed slave Usama b.
Zaid. And it had been conveyed to me that Allah's Messenger (way peace be upon him) had said (about Usama): He who loves me should
also love Usima. When Allah's Messenger (may peace be
upon him) talked to me (about this matter), I said: My affairs are in your
hand. You may marry me to anyone whom you like. He said: You better shift now
to the house of Umm Sharik, and Umm Sharik was a rich lady from amongst the
Anqir. She spent generously for the cause of Allah and entertained guests very
hospitably. I said: Well, I will do as you like. He said: Do not do that for
Umm Sharik is a woman who is very frequently vizited by guests and I do not
like that your head may be uncovered or the cloth may be removed from your
shank and the strangers may catch sight of them which you abhor. You better
shift to the house of your cousin 'Abdullah b. 'Amr b. Umm Maktum and he is a
person of the Bani Fihr branch of the Quraish, and he belonged to that tribe
(to which Fatima) belonged. So I shifted to that house, and when my period of
waiting was over, I heard the voice of an announcer making an announcement that
the prayer would be observed in the mosque (where) congregational prayer (is
observed). So I set out towards that mosque and observed prayer along with
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) and I was in
the row of the women which was near the row of men. When Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) had finished his prayer, he sat on
the pulpit smiling and said: Every worshipper should keep sitting at his place.
He then said: Do you know why I had asked you to assemble? They said: Allah and
His Messenger know best. He said: By Allah. I have not made you assemble for
exhortation or for a warning, but I have detained you here, for Tamim Dari, a
Christian, who came and accepted Islam, told me something, which agrees with
what I was-telling, you about the Dajjal.
He narrated to me that he had sailed in a ship along with thirty men of Bani
Lakhm and Bani Judham and had been tossed by waves in the ocean for a month.
Then these (waves) took them (near) the land within the ocean (island) at the time of sunset. They sat in a small
side-boat and entered that island. There
was a beast with long thick hair (and because of these) they could not
distinguish his face from his back. They said: Woe to you, who can you be? Thereupon it said: I am al-Jassasa. They said: What
is al-Jassasa? And it said: O people, go to this
person in the monastery as he is very much eager to know about you. He (the
narrator) said: When it named a person for us we were afraid of it lest it
should be a Devil. Then we hurriedly went on till we came to that monastery and
found a well-built person there with his hands tied to his neck and having iron
shackles between his two legs up to the ankles. We said: Woe be
upon thee, who are you? And he said: You would soon come to know about me. But
tell me who are you. We said: We are people from
Narrated Fatimah, daughter of Qays: The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) once delayed the congregational night prayer. He came out and said: The talk of Tamim ad-Dari detained me. He transmitted it to me from a man who was on of of the islands of the sea. All of a sudden he found a woman who was trailing her hair. He asked: Who are you? She said: I am the Jassasah. Go to that castle. So I came to it and found a man who was trailing his hair, chained in iron collars, and leaping between Heaven and Earth. I asked: Who are you? He replied: I am the Dajjal (Anti-Christ). Has the Prophet of the unlettered people come forth now? I replied: Yes. He said: Have they obeyed him or disobeyed him? I said: No, they have obeyed him. He said: That is better for them. (Abu Dauwd, Book #37, Hadith #4311)
The reasons for my considering Dajjal as a jinn are as follows:
Masih Ad-Dajjal will claim divinity where many would fall
for and obey him especially the Jews. He will enter every nation in the world
except for Makkah and
Narrated Anas bin Malik: The Prophet said, "There will be no town which Ad-Dajjal will not enter except Mecca and Medina, and there will be no entrance (road) (of both Mecca and Medina) but the angels will be standing in rows guarding it against him, and then Medina will shake with its inhabitants thrice (i.e. three earth-quakes will take place) and Allah will expel all the nonbelievers and the hypocrites from it." (Bukhari, Book #30, Hadith #105)
Many Muslim scholars especially Shykh Imran Nazar Hosein points out that Dajjal would enter mostly towns and cities (where the most crowds are) and not the villages. Therefore, he advocates for establishing small Muslim villages forming small communities of believers away from towns and cities during the time or reign of Dajjal to remain safe.
One interesting matter to note is that the issues of "Dajjal" that readily translates to "Anti-Christ" is really about the systematic crushing of the Judeo-Christain religions by the hands of the demons. The Muslim world would have to face the ripple effect which is known as "Fitna" so that the Islamic world could be awakened to tackle the demonic world under the leadership of Prophet Isa (as) when he returns to reclaim his flawed position by reestablishing the truth.
What this Dajjal would bring forth to mankind is test of faith. Those who would not submit to his domain and stay out would be considered as true believers. The event would screen out the believers from among the disbelievers following earthquakes. This segregation between the believers and disbelievers would lead to final confrontation, which is also known as the Armageddon to be headed by Prophet Isa (as) -
Narrated Abdullah bin Umar: Allah's Apostle said, "Today I saw myself in a dream near the Ka'ba. I saw a whitish brown man, the handsomest of all brown men you might ever see. He had the most beautiful Limma (hair hanging down to the earlobes) you might ever see. He had combed it and it was dripping water; and he was performing the Tawaf around the Kaba leaning on two men or on the shoulders of two men. l asked, "Who is this?" It was said. "Messiah, the son of Mary." Suddenly I saw a curly-haired man, blind in the right eye which looked like a protruding out grape. I asked, "Who is this?" It was said, "He is Masiah Ad-Dajjal." (Bukahri, Book #72, Hadith #789)
Abu Huraira reported Allah's
Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The Last
Hour would not come until the Romans would land at al-A'maq or in Dabiq. An
army consisting of the best (soldiers) of the people of the earth at that time
will come from
Therefore, through Armageddon the final world peace will be achieved where truth will triumph and falsehood would perish resulting in a defeat to Satan and his armies. However, Satan will claim many souls as his war booty sending them all to hell fire as a token of his original challenge with Allah.
It doesn’t make Allah happy when a member of His favorite creation of mankind loses his or her soul to Satan. In order to save them from eternal hell fire, His door is always open to anyone seeking His mercy and forgiveness so that He could forgive. There is no automatic mercy or forgiveness if one does not seek it. He forgave Prophet Adam (as) and Eve after their repentance, and He is willing to forgive the souls who wrongs themselves and wants to return to Him –
Then learnt Adam from his Lord words of inspiration, and his Lord Turned towards him; for He is oft-Returning, Most Merciful. ( سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #37)
Except those who repent and make amends and openly declare (the Truth): To them I turn; for I am oft-returning, Most Merciful. ( سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #160)
But if they cease, Allah is oft-forgiving, Most Merciful. ( سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #192)
Those who would die in vain losing their soul and faith in disbelief will be lost forever. Their following of jinn would bring them nothing good -
They will say, "Glory to Thee!
Our (tie) is with Thee - as Protector - not with them. Nay, but they worshipped
the jinns: most of them believed in
them." ( سورة سبأ ,
And they have invented a blood-relationship between Him and the jinns: but the jinns know (quite well) that they have indeed to appear (before his Judgment- Seat)! ( سورة الصافات , As-Saaffat, Chapter #37, Verse #158)
And We have destined for them intimate companions (of like nature), who made alluring to them what was before them and behind them; and the sentence among the previous generations of jinns and men, who have passed away, is proved against them; for they are utterly lost. ( سورة فصلت , Fussilat, Chapter #41, Verse #25)
Such are they against whom is proved the sentence among the previous generations of jinns and men, that have passed away; for they will be (utterly) lost. ( سورة الأحقاف , Al-Ahqaf, Chapter #46, Verse #18)
'True, there were persons among mankind who took shelter with persons among the jinns, but they increased them in folly. ( سورة الجن , Al-Jinn, Chapter #72, Verse #6)
On the Day of Judgment when all things will be made crystal clear before our very eyes fulfilling all the promises made by Allah, then the disbelievers will say -
And the Unbelievers will say: "Our Lord! Show us those, among jinns and men, who misled us: We shall crush them beneath our feet, so that they become the vilest (before all)." ( سورة فصلت , Fussilat, Chapter #41, Verse #29)
Not all jinns are bad. Among them some are believers -
Behold, We turned towards thee a company of jinns (quietly) listening to the Qur'an: when they stood in the presence thereof, they said, "Listen in silence!" When the (reading) was finished, they returned to their people, to warn (them of their sins). ( سورة الأحقاف , Al-Ahqaf, Chapter #46, Verse #29)
Say: It has been revealed to me that a company of jinns listened (to the Qur'an). They said, 'We have really heard a wonderful Recital! ( سورة الجن , Al-Jinn, Chapter #72, Verse #1)
The purpose of creation of jinn and mankind was to get them to worship Allah through His guidance’s -
I have only created jinns and men, that they may serve Me. ( سورة الذاريات , Adh-Dhariyat, Chapter #51, Verse #56)
Heavens are only for the jinn and people who believe in Allah. All the gates of the heavens are guarded by angels, and no one is allowed in without permission or authority –
O ye assembly of jinns and men! If it be ye can pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, pass ye! Not without authority shall ye be able to pass! ( سورة الرحمن , Ar-Rahman, Chapter #55, Verse #33)
In them will be (Maidens), chaste, restraining their glances, whom no man or jinn before them has touched;- ( سورة الرحمن , Ar-Rahman, Chapter #55, Verse #56)
Allah is the sole creator of everything that is in and around the universe, and He is the controller of all that is created -
To Him belongs what is in the heavens and on earth, and all between them, and all beneath the soil. ( سورة طه , Taha, Chapter #20, Verse #6)
Satan makes promises to his clients, but his promises are false, and he himself will announce his failures on the day of resurrection –
And Satan will say when the matter is decided: "It was Allah Who gave you a promise of Truth: I too promised, but I failed in my promise to you. I had no authority over you except to call you but ye listened to me: then reproach not me, but reproach your own souls. I cannot listen to your cries, nor can ye listen to mine. I reject your former act in associating me with Allah. For wrong-doers there must be a grievous penalty." ( سورة إبراهيم , Ibrahim, Chapter #14, Verse #22)
Therefore, the deal is simple. Those who would follow Allah’s guidance will find heaven; and those who would follow Satan would end up in hell. We have been given the freedom to choose in between the two -
Leave alone those who take their religion to be mere play and amusement, and are deceived by the life of this world. But proclaim (to them) this (truth): that every soul delivers itself to ruin by its own acts: it will find for itself no protector or intercessor except Allah: if it offered every ransom, (or reparation), none will be accepted: such is (the end of) those who deliver themselves to ruin by their own acts: they will have for drink (only) boiling water, and for punishment, one most grievous: for they persisted in rejecting Allah. ( سورة الأنعام , Al-Anaam, Chapter #6, Verse #70)
How do the jinn manage to successfully deploy their plots? Here is a clue -
'Abdullah. Ibn 'Abbas reported: A person from the Ansar who was amongst the Companions of Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) reported to me: As we were sitting during the night with Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him), a meteor shot gave a dazzling light. Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: What did you say in the pre-Islamic days when there was such a shot (of meteor)? They said: Allah and His Messenger know best (the actual position), but we, however, used to say that that very night a great man had been born and a great man had died, whereupon Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: (These meteors) are shot neither at the death of anyone nor on the birth of anyone. Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, issues Command when He decides to do a thing. Then (the Angels) supporting the Throne sing His glory, then sing the dwellers of heaven who are near to them until this glory of God reaches them who are in the heaven of this world. Then those who are near the supporters of the Throne ask these supporters of the Throne: What your Lord has said? And they accordingly inform them what He says. Then the dwellers of heaven seek information from them until this information reaches the heaven of the world. In this process of transmission (the jinn snatches) what he manages to overhear and he carries it to his friends. And when the Angels see the jinn they attack them with meteors. If they narrate only which they manage to snatch that is correct but they alloy it with lies and make additions to it. (Muslim, Book #026, Hadith #5538)
Further, we also find an admission by
the jinns saying that they are chased or killed by the shooting stars when they
attempt to steal information, a priviledge they once had but no longer possible
–
'And verily, we used to sit there
in stations, to (steal) a hearing, but any who listens now will find a flaming
fire watching him in ambush. (
سورة
الجن , Al-Jinn,
Chapter #72,
Verse #9)
Except such as snatch away
something by stealing, and they are
pursued by a flaming fire of piercing brightness. (
سورة الصافات
, As-Saaffat, Chapter #37,
Verse #10)
Satan and his armies are plotting against mankind and Allah is not just sitting idle. He fully acknowledges their “schemes” and declares –
As for them, they are but plotting a scheme, ( سورة الطارق , At-Tariq, Chapter #86, Verse #15)
And then he goes on saying –
And I am planning a scheme. ( سورة الطارق , At-Tariq, Chapter #86, Verse #16)
He is asking His enemies to throw their best at Him –
Have they feet to walk with? Or hands to lay hold with? Or eyes to see with? Or ears to hear with? Say: "Call your 'god-partners', scheme (your worst) against me, and give me no respite! ( سورة الأعراف , Al-Araf, Chapter #7, Verse #195)
None of their plots and schemes would sustain against Him –
Respite will I grant unto them: for My scheme is strong (and unfailing). ( سورة الأعراف , Al-Araf, Chapter #7, Verse #183)
On account of their arrogance in the land and their plotting of Evil, but the plotting of Evil will hem in only the authors thereof. Now are they but looking for the way the ancients were dealt with? But no change wilt thou find in Allah's way (of dealing): no turning off wilt thou find in Allah's way (of dealing). ( سورة فاطر , Fatir, Chapter #35, Verse #43)
Angels of Allah are constantly recording all the activities of Satan and their followings -
When We make mankind taste of some mercy after adversity hath touched them, behold! They take to plotting against Our Signs! Say: "Swifter to plan is Allah!" Verily, Our messengers record all the plots that ye make! ( سورة يونس , Yunus, Chapter #10, Verse #21)
Therefore, the grand Zionist plot that is now being played against mankind on behalf of Dajjal (Satan) to obliterate most of mankind off the surface of earth is no longer a hidden matter. Their quest for glory and power will meet with the Glory and Power of Allah -
If any do seek for glory and power,- to Allah belong all glory and power. To Him mount up (all) Words of Purity: It is He Who exalts each Deed of Righteousness. Those that lay Plots of Evil,- for them is a Penalty terrible; and the plotting of such will be void (of result). ( سورة فاطر , Fatir, Chapter #35, Verse #10)
There is no record of any society or a nation that continued to survive after becoming immoral, but there are plenty of examples to show that a society / nation sustained as long as they remained moral. Islam calls for a just world under the divine guidance of Allah as demonstrated by Prophet Muhammad (s) during the time of Caliphate or Khilafah. Only through an armed struggle this caliphate will return re-establishing a peaceful domain of Allah’s kingdom on earth headed by Prophet Isa (as).
Allah has no need for those who does not worship Him alone. The world will once again witness a process of uprooting of the rebellious nations across earth leaving only the faithful to survive and rule the next world. He will allow Satan to take his followers with him who would basically be betrayed by him. Soon the world would come to know and acknowledge who their real Lord is. And yes, it is going to get ugly and devastating for all of us.
Return to Islam and seek Allah’s protection before it’s too late. And I am not kidding.
Allah is the protector of those who have faith: from the depths of darkness He will lead them forth into light. Of those who reject faith the patrons are the evil ones: from light they will lead them forth into the depths of darkness. They will be companions of the fire, to dwell therein (For ever). ( سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #257)
But Allah hath full knowledge of your enemies: Allah is enough for a protector, and Allah is enough for a Helper. ( سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #45)
Not too long ago I had a dialogue on Dajjal with someone that went like this -

Q. Then what about the people in the government who are involved in this
deception? Don't they realize that they into an evil act?
A. Chances are greed has overpowered their conscience. Or some grand hope has
been given to them in order to get their support. Or they believe in something
that we are not aware of.
Q. How can they consider a deception that kills innocent people and blames on
others have a good cause?
A. Satan has deceived them with false promises.
Q. So, Satan is using them to kill the Muslims?
A. At this stage yes. But eventually Satan will kill them too!
Q. Why would Satan kill his followers?
A. Because they are human beings.
Q. What do you mean?
A. Satan blames a human (i.e., Prophet Adam (as)) for his misfortune where as
he himself is responsible for all that has happened.
Q. Are you referring to the story of his non submission to Adam (as)?
A. Yes, he should have obeyed Allah to remain in his position. But he rebelled
instead.
Q. So, if he obeyed Allah then he would not be a Satan, right?
A. Yes. Then the whole setup would have been different.
Q. Why did not Allah punish Satan?
A. His fall from grace and turning into Satan is his punishment.
Q. He will probably have the highest punishment in afterlife.
A. Definitely.
Q. So, that is why he hates Muslims?
A. Not just the Muslims, he hates the whole of mankind regardless of their
religious beliefs and practices.
Q. But does he not help the people who follow him?
A. Yes, he will continue to help them as long as their help and support is
needed to fulfill his goals and objectives. Once it is met they too will be
thrown away like the rest; because his war is against mankind and not just
against Muslims.
Q. Is he going to appear as dajjal?
A. No, one of his followers is dajjal. A jinn who
would claim to be a Jew and would appear as an one eyed man.
Q. Dajjal is a jinn?
A. Probably; because he has been in existence since the time of the Prophet (s)
but locked up in a cave in an island somewhere in the West which is suspected
to be UK by some scholars. He will have magical powers to trick people. A human
being does not have magical powers nor do they live for so long. Besides, when
Prophet Isa (as) will kill him, he will simply dissolve and his body would not
remain.
Q. Why would Allah permit dajjal to rule?
A. It is a part of the divine plan to separate the believers from the
unbelievers into two different groups so that they could face each other for a
final battle against each other under the leadership of Imam Mahdi and Prophet
Isa (as). Before this separation this final battle is not possible.
Q. Why not?
A. Because we have a lot of apostates and hypocrites mixed among us who
pretends to be believers but actually serving Satan. They need to be filtered
out.
We find some references on Satan on his behavior and attacking methodologies in the ahadiths. Many of the references lead to eschatology of Islam about the near future that is worth a review. Therefore, I have added some of those related ahadiths taken randomly for our clear understanding and conclusion on the subject, as Satan will play a major role in the coming events worldwide.
Abu Huraira reported Allah's
Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The Last Hour
would not come until the Romans would land at al-A'maq or in Dabiq. An army
consisting of the best (soldiers) of the people of the earth at that time will
come from

When comes the Help of Allah, and Victory, And thou dost see the people enter Allah's Religion in crowds, Celebrate the praises of thy Lord, and pray for His Forgiveness: For He is Oft-Returning (in Grace and Mercy). ( سورة النصر , An-Nasr, Chapter #110)
Allah declared in the Qur’an that He would erect a “band of people” who would be righteous. Maybe the newly reverts would fulfill this verse as well –
Let there arise out of you a band
of people
inviting to all that is good, enjoining what is right, and forbidding what is
wrong: They are the ones to attain felicity.

Narrated Mu'adh ibn Jabal: The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: The flourishing state of Jerusalem will be when Yathrib is in ruins, the ruined state of Yathrib will be when the Great War comes, and the outbreak of the Great War will be at the conquest of Constantinople and the conquest of Constantinople when the Dajjal (Anti-Christ) comes forth. He (the Prophet) struck his thigh or his shoulder with his hand and said: This is as true as you are here or as you are sitting (meaning Mu'adh ibn Jabal). (Abu Dauwd, Book #37, Hadith #4281)
Yathrib is the old name of
Narrated Mu'adh ibn Jabal: The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: The greatest war, the conquest of Constantinople and the coming forth of the Dajjal (Anti-Christ) will take place within a period of seven months. (Abu Dauwd, Book #37, Hadith #4282)
Here we are getting a time frame of all that would happen around that time. According to this hadith, all of this would happen within just seven months, which is very rapid! This could be a mistake in recording. Because another hadith from the same source is saying the time in years and not in months, this sounds more reasonable -
Narrated Abdullah ibn Busr: The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: The time between the Great War and the conquest of the city (Constantinople) will be six years, and the Dajjal (Anti-Christ) will come forth in the seventh. (Abu Dauwd, Book #37, Hadith #4283)
Trouble will brew in the
It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Mas'ud that the Apostle of Allah (may peace and blessings be upon him) pointed towards Yemen with his hand and said: Verily Iman is towards this side, and harshness and callousness of the hearts is found amongst the rude owners of the camels who drive them behind their tails (to the direction) where emerge the two horns of Satan, they are the tribes of Rabi'a and Mudar. (Muslim, Book #001, Hadith #0083)

It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah may peace be upon him) observed: The Satan comes to everyone of you and says: Who created this and that? Till he questions: Who created your Lord? When he comes to that, one should seek refuge in Allah and keep away (from such idle thoughts). (Muslim, Book #001, Hadith #0244)
The predictions also include the possibility of burning of the Kaaba in Makkah. Presence of Dajjal is predicted as “forty” something (days, months or years, which is a mystery) after his appearance; followed by descending of Prophet Isa (as) from the heaven to finish him off while other calamity would follow afterwards -
'Abdullah b. 'Amr reported that a person came to him and said: What is this hadith that you narrate that the Last Hour would come at such and such time? Thereupon he said: Hallowed be Allah, there is no god but Allah (or the words to the same effect). I have decided that I would not narrate anything to anyone now. I had only said that you would see after some time an important event that the (sacred) House (Ka'ba) would be burnt and it would happen and definitely happen. He then reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: The Dajjal would appear in my Ummah and he would stay (in the world) for forty-I cannot say whether he meant forty days, forty months or forty years. And Allah would then send Jesus son of Mary who would resemble 'Urwa b Mas'ud. He (Jesus Christ) would chase him and kill him. Then people would live for seven years that there would be no rancor between two persons. Then Allah would send cold wind from the side of Syria that none would survive upon the earth having a speck of good in him or faith in him but he would die, so much so that even if some amongst you were to enter the innermost part of the mountain, this wind would reach that place also and that would cause his heath. I heard Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Only the wicked people would survive and they would be as careless as birds with the charactertistics of beasts. They would never appreciate the good nor condemn evil. Then the satan would come to them in human form and would say: Don't you respond? And they would say: What do you order us? And he would command them to worship the idols but, in spite of this, they would have abundance of sustenance and lead comfortable lives. Then the trumpet would be blown and no one would hear that but he would bend his neck to one side and raise it from the other side and the first one to hear that trumpet would be the person who would be busy in setting right the tank meant for providing water to the camels. He would swoon and the other people would also swoon, then Allah would send or He would cause to send rain which would be like dew and there would grow out of it the bodies of the people. Then the second trumpet would be blown and they would stand up and begin to look (around). Then it would be said: O people, go to your Lord, and make them stand there. And they would be questioned. Then it would be said: Bring out a group (out of them) for the Hell-Fire. And then it would be asked: How much? It would be said: Nine hundred and ninty-nine out of one thousand for the Hell-Fire and that would be the day which would make the children old because of its terror and that would be the day about which it has been said:" On the day when the shank would be uncovered" (lxviii. 42). (Muslim, Book #041, Hadith #7023)
What we find in the above hadith is Satan’s capitalization on our idle thoughts by asking complex questions like “Who created your Lord?” Although all believing and practicing Muslims knows the answer from the 99 names or attributes of Allah, but a non-Muslims can be easily taken as a prey fallen into his trap, as they do not have a clear concept of Allah. I have dealt with the matter in a separate article “Faith, Logic and the Truth” that one could explore.
Anas b. Malik reported that Gabriel came to the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) while he was playing with his playmates. He took hold of him and laid him prostrate on the ground and tore open his breast and took out the heart from it and then extracted a blood-clot out of it and said: That was the part of Satan in thee. And then he washed it with the water of Zamzam in a golden basin and then it was joined together and restored to it place. The boys came running to his mother, i. e. his nurse, and said: Verily Muhammad has been murdered. They all rushed toward him (and found him all right) His color was changed, Anas said. I myself saw the marks of needle on his breast. (Muslim, Book #001, Hadith #0311)
This hadith is telling us about a “part” in our body that is of Satan. Even the Prophet (s) had it but it was extracted out through some sort of surgery by Angle Gabriel. Which could mean that all of us have a part in our bodies as a result we are more prone to Satan’s deceptions; whereas the Prophet (s) was not. It could also mean that he had an illness implanted by Satan that was cured by angel.
Abu Sufyan reported it on the authority
of Jabir that he had heard the Apostle of Allah (may
peace be upon him) say: When Satan hears
the call to prayer, he runs away to a distance like that of Rauha. Sulaimin
said: I asked him about Rauha. He replied: It is at a distance of thirty-six
miles from
Satan cannot stand the call for prayer (i.e., Adhan). In every Muslim countries the call for prayers are done through loud speakers from the place of worships (i.e., Masjids). Therefore, when the adhan is called five times a day every day, people living in that area are freed from the influence of Satan for the duration of adhan. But it is not the case for non-Muslims; since no adhan is called in the land of disbelievers Satan remain active 24/7 on them. Have you not noticed how the disbelievers strongly oppose to adhan being called from a masjid on a loud speaker in the Muslim minority nations?
Abu Huraira reported the Messenger
of Allah (may peace be upon him) as saying: When Satan
hears the call to prayer, he turns back and breaks the wind so as not to hear
the call being made, but when the call is finished he turns round and distracts
(the minds of those who pray), and when he hears the Iqama he again runs away
so as not to hear its voice and when it subsides, he comes back and distracts
(the minds of those who stand for prayer). (Muslim,
Book #004,

Narrated AbudDarda': I heard the
Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) say: If there are three men in a village
or in the desert among whom prayer is not offered (in congregation), the devil has got the mastery over them. So observe
(prayer) in congregation), for the wolf eats only the straggling animal. Sa'ib
said: By the word Jama'ah he meant saying prayer in company or in congregation.

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar: The
Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: Set the rows in order, stand shoulder to
shoulder, close the gaps, be pliant in the hands of your brethren, and do not
leave openings for the devil. If anyone
joins up a row, Allah will join him up, but if anyone breaks a row, Allah will
cut him off. (Abu Dauwd, Book #2,

Narrated Sahl ibn AbuHathmah: The
Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: When one of you prays facing a sutrah he
should keep close to it, and not let the devil
interrupt his prayer. (Abu Dauwd, Book #2,
Hadith #0695)
Narrated Ali ibn AbuTalib: Ali said on the pulpit in the mosque of Kufah: When Friday comes, the devils go to the markets with their flags, and involve people in their needs and prevent them from the Friday prayer. The angels come early in the morning, sit at the door of the mosque, and record that so-and-so came at the first hour, and so-and-so came at the second hour until the imam comes out (for preaching). When a man sits in a place where he can listen (to the sermon) and look (at the imam), where he remains silent and does not interrupt, he will receive a double reward. If he stays away, sits in a place where he cannot listen (to the sermon), silent, and does not interrupt, he will receive the reward only once. If he sits in a place where he can listen (to the sermon) and look (at the imam), and he does not remain silent, he will have the burden of it. If anyone says to his companion sitting besides him to be silent (while the imam is preaching), he is guilty of idle talk. Anyone who interrupts (during the sermon) will receive nothing (no reward) on that Friday. Then he (the narrator) says in the end of this tradition: I heard the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) say so. (Abu Dauwd, Book #3, Hadith #1046)
It is becoming clear that Satan hardly leaves us alone unless and until he is forced to leave. He faces a similar situation during the time of preparation call for prayer (i.e., Iqama) which is similar to adhan except it is shorter.
Ibn 'Abbas reported: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) neither recited the Qur'an to the Jinn nor did he see them. The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) went out with some of his Companions with the intention of going to the bazaar of 'Ukaz And there had been (at that time) obstructions between Satan’s and the news from the Heaven, and there were flung flames upon them. So Satan went back to their people and they said: What has happened to you? They said: There have been created obstructions between us and the news from the Heaven. And there have been flung upon us flames. They said: It cannot happen but for some (important) event. So traverse the eastern parts of the earth and the western parts and find out why is it that there have been created obstructions between us and the news from the Heaven. So they went forth and traversed the easts of the earth and its wests. Some of them proceeded towards Tihama and that is a nakhl towards the bazaar of 'Ukaz and he (the Holy Prophet) was leading his Companions in the morning prayer. So when they heard the Qur'an they listened to it attentively and said: It is this which has caused obstruction between us and news from the Heaven. They went back to their people and said: O our people, we have heard a strange Qur'an which directs us to the right path; so we affirm our faith in it and we would never associate anyone with our Lord. And Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, revealed to His Apostle Muhammad (may peace be upon him):" It has been revealed to me that a party of Jinn listened to it" (Qur'an, lxxii. 1). (Muslim, Book #004, Hadith #0902); (Bukhari, Book #12, Hadith #740) and (Bukhari, Book #60, Hadith #443)
In this particular hadith we get to know how some jinns came under the fold of Islam. What we also come to know that their privilege of access to news from the heavens has been restricted since then and therefore they no longer have direct access to the heavenly news. Here is another hadith confirming that –
Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Umar: I never heard 'Umar saying about something that he thought it would be so-and-so, but he was quite right. Once, while 'Umar was sitting, a handsome man passed by him, 'Umar said, "If I am not wrong, this person is still on his religion of the pre-lslamic period of ignorance or he was their foreteller. Call the man to me." When the man was called to him, he told him of his thought. The man said, "I have never seen such a day on which a Muslim is faced with such an accusation." 'Umar said, "I am determined that you should tell me the truth." He said, "I was a foreteller in the pre-lslamic period of ignorance." Then 'Umar said, "Tell me the most astonishing thing your female Jinn has told you of." He said, "One-day while I was in the market, she came to me scared and said, 'Haven't you seen the Jinns and their despair and they were overthrown after their defeat (and prevented from listening to the news of the heaven) so that they (stopped going to the sky and) kept following camel-riders (i.e. 'Arabs)?" 'Umar said, "He is right." and added, "One day while I was near their idols, there came a man with a calf and slaughtered it as a sacrifice (for the idols). An (unseen) creature shouted at him, and I have never heard harsher than his voice. He was crying, 'O you bold evil-doer! A matter of success! An eloquent man is saying: None has the right to be worshipped except you (O Allah).' On that the people fled, but I said, 'I shall not go away till I know what is behind this.' Then the cry came again: 'O you bold evil-doer! A matter of success! An eloquent man is saying: None has the right to be worshipped except Allah.' I then went away and a few days later it was said, "A prophet has appeared." (Bukhari, Book #58, Hadith #206)
After the appearance of the Prophet Muhammad (s) the jinns have lost many of their earlier privileges. Satan finds it difficult to enter our houses and access our stuffs if we take precaution -
Jabir reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Cover vessels, water skins, close the doors and extinguish the lamps, for the Satan does not loosen the water skin, does not open the door and does not uncover the vessels. And if one amongst you fails to find (something) to cover it well, he should cover it by placing (a piece of) wood across it. Qutaiba did not mention the closing of the doors in the hadith transmitted by him. (Muslim, Book #023, Hadith #4991)
Jinns too exists in two sexes like we humans do and our distant toilets (as found in rural areas) are their favorite place of frequent visits!
Narrated Zayd ibn Arqam: The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) said: These privies are frequented by the jinns and devils. So when anyone amongst you goes there, he should say: "I seek refuge in Allah from male and female devils." (Abu Dauwd, Book #1, Hadith #0006)
There are some precautionary measures that could be taken in order safe guard ourselves from Satan and above hadith explains some of those measures. More measures are recommended in the hadith below -
Jabir b. 'Abdullah reported Allah's
Messenger (may peace be upon him) having said: When the wings of the night
(spread) or it is night, restrain your children (from going out), for the Satan is abroad at that time, and when a part of
the night is passed, free them and shut the doors. making mention of God's
name, for the Satan does not open a
closed door; and tighten the (mouths of water skins and mention the name of
Allah, cover your utensils and mention the name of Allah even though you should
just put something on them, and extinguish your lamps. (Muslim, Book #023,
Hadith #4995)
Narrated Umayyah ibn Makhshi: Umayyah was sitting and a man was eating. He did not mention Allah's name until there remained the last morsel. When he raised it to his mouth, he said: In the name of Allah at the beginning and at the end of it. The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) laughed and said: The devil kept eating along with him, but when he mentioned Allah's name, he vomited what was in his belly. (Abu Dauwd, Book #27, Hadith #3759)
In the following hadith we find another approach of Satan which is through human occupation or possession which is also known as “carbon capture”;
Hudhaifa reported: When we attended a dinner along with the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) we did not lay our hands on the food until Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) had laid his hand and commenced eating (the food). Once we went with him to a dinner when a girl came rushing as if someone had been pursuing her. She was about to lay her hand on the food, when Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) caught her hand. Then a desert Arab came there (rushing) as if someone had been pursuing him. He (the Holy Prophet) caught his hand; and then Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: Satan considers that food lawful on which Allah's name is not mentioned. He had brought this girl so that the food might be made lawful for him and I caught her hand. And he had brought a desert Arab so that (the food) might be lawful for him. So I caught his hand. By Him, in whose hand is my life, it was (Satan’s) hand that was in my hand along with her hand. (Muslim, Book #023, Hadith #5004)
Here is a nice story of the Prophet (s) about how hospitable he was to his guests -
Miqdad reported: I and two of my companions were so much afflicted by hunger that we had lost our power of seeing and hearing. We presented ourselves (as guests) to the Companions of the Holy Prophet (may peace be upon him), but none amongst them would entertain us. So we came to Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him), and he took us to his residence and there were three goats. Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) said: Milk these for us. So we milked them and every person amongst us drank his share and we set aside the share of Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him). (It was his habit) to come during the night and greet (the people present there) in a manner that would not wake up one in sleep but make one who was awake hear it. He would then go to the mosque and say prayer, then go to the milk and drink it. Miqdad added: One night the Satan came to me when I had taken my share, and he said: Muhammad has gone to the Ansar, who would offer him hospitality and he would get what is with them, and he has no need for this draught (of milk). So I took (that milk) and drank it, and when it had penetrated deeply in my stomach and I was certain that there was no way out (but to digest it), the Satan aroused (my sense of) remorse and said: Woe be to thee! what have you done? You have taken the drink reserved for Muhammad! When he would come and he would not find it, he would curse you, and you would be ruined, and thus there would go (waste) this world and the Hereafter (for) you. There was a sheet over me; as I placed (pulled) it upon my feet, my head was uncovered and as I placed it upon my head, my feet were uncovered, and I could not sleep, but my two companions had gone to sleep for they had not done what I had done. There came Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him), and he greeted as he used to greet (by saying as-Salamu 'Alaikum). He then came to the mosque and observed prayer and then came to his drink (milk) and uncovered it, but did not find anything in it. He raised his head towards the sky, and I said (to myself) that he (the Holy Prophet) was going to invoke curse upon me and I would be thus ruined; but he (the Holy Prophet) said: Allah, feed him who fed me and give drink to him who provided me drink. I held tight the sheet upon myself (and when he had supplicated), I took hold of the knife and went to the goats (possessed by the Holy Prophet) so that I may slaughter one for Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) which was the fattest amongst them, and in fact all of them were milk goats; then I took hold of the vessel which belonged to the family of Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) in which they used to milk and drink there from, and milked them in that until it swelled up with foam. I came to Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) and he said: Have you taken your share of the milk during the night? I said: Drink it. and he drank it; he then handed over (the vessel) to me and I said: Allah's Messenger, drink it, and he drank it and handed over (the vessel) to me again, I then perceived that Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) had been satiated and I had got his blessings. I burst into laughter (so much) so that I fell upon the ground, whereupon Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: Miqdad, it must be one of your mischief’s. I said: Allah's Messenger, this affair of mind is like this and this and I have done so. There upon. Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) said: This is nothing but a mercy from Allah. Why is it that you did not give me an opportunity so that we should have awakened our two friends and they would have got their share (of the milk)? I said: By Him Who has sent you with Truth. I do not mind whatever you give (to them), and whatever the (other) people happen to get, when I had got it along with you from among the people. (Muslim, Book #023, Hadith #5103)
Satan is given amazing powers over us, he can even circulate in our bodies like blood as the following hadith relays -
Anas reported that when Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) was in the company of one of his wives a person happened to pass by them. He called him and when he came, he said to him: O so and so, she was my such and such wife. Thereupon he said, Allah's Messenger, if I were to doubt at all, I would have entertained no doubt about you at least. Thereupon Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: Verily Satan circulates in the body like blood. (Muslim, Book #026, Hadith #5404)
There are different types and categories of Satan’s specializing in different methods of distraction as we find in the hadith below. Khinzab is a jinn or demon whose particular specialty is in distracting humans from their prayers -
Uthman b. Abu al reported that he came to Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) and said: Allah's Messenger, the Satan intervenes between me and my prayer and my reciting of the Qur'an and he confounds me. Thereupon Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said:, That is (the doing of the Satan) who is known as Khinzab, and when you perceive its effect, seek refuge with Allah from it and spit three times to your left. I did that and Allah dispelled that from me. (Muslim, Book #026, Hadith #5463)
How to identify good jinn from the bad ones? Here is a clue -
Abu Sa'id Khudri reported Allah's
Messenger having said: There is a group of jinns in
Poets are not revered in Islam for their unrealistic mindset that creates fantasy with rhythmic words; quite contrary to the Qur’an which is also poetic, but with sound and profound meanings - It is not the word of a poet: little it is ye believe! ( سورة الحاقة , Al-Haaqqa, Chapter #69, Verse #41). The following hadith sheds some of that sentiment -
Abu Sa`id Khudri reported: We were going with Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him). As we reached the place (known as) Arj there met (us) a poet who had been reciting poetry. Thereupon Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: Catch the satan or detain the satan, for filling the belly of a man with pus is betting than stuffing his brain with poetry. (Muslim, Book #028, Hadith #5611)
Satan also influences us via dreams, but we have taught a protective measure from their harmful dreams in the following hadith -
Abu Qatada reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: A good vision is from Allah and a bad dream (hulm) is from the satan; so if one of you sees anything (in a dream which he dislikes, he should spit on his left side thrice and seek refuge with Allah from its evil, and then it will never harm him. Abu Salama said: I used to see dreams weighing more heavily upon me than a mountain; but since I heard this hadith I don't care for it (its burden). (Muslim, Book #029, Hadith #5616)
But not all dreams are influenced by demons, there are good dreams too! According the hadith below, the vision of a Muslim is the forty-fifth part of Prophecy! However there is a condition -
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: When the time draws near (when the Resurrection is near) a believer's dream can hardly be false. And the truest vision will be of one who is himself the most truthful in speech, for the vision of a Muslim is the forty-fifth part of Prophecy, and dreams are of three types: one good dream which is a sort of good tidings from Allah; the evil dream which causes pain is from the satan; and the third one is a suggestion of one's own mind; so if any one of you sees a dream which he does not like he should stand tip and offer prayer and he should not relate it to people, and he said: I would love to see fetters (in the dream), but I dislike wearing of necklace, for the fetters is (an indication of) one's steadfastness in religion. The narrator said: I do not know whether this is a part of the hadith or the words of Ibn Sirin. (Muslim, Book #029, Hadith #5621)
Satan can disguise anyone except the Prophet (s). So if anyone sees the Prophet (s) in their dream, then he or she has truly seen him -
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: He who saw me in a dream in fact saw me, for the Satan does not appear in my form. (Muslim, Book #029, Hadith #5635)
Satan’s attacks on humans begins from the day of birth through pricking even when they are babies with no sense of understanding -
Abu Huraira reported Allah's
Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: No child
is born but he is pricked by the Satan
and he begins to weep because of the pricking of the Satan except the son of Mary and his mother. Abu Huraira then
said: You may recite if you so like (the verse):" I seek Thy protection
for her and her offspring against Satan
the accursed" (iii. 36). This hadith has been narrated on the authority of
Zuhri with the same chain of transmitters (and the words are):" The
newborn child is touched by the Satan
(when he comes in the world) and he starts crying because of the touch of Satan." In the hadith transmitted on the
authority of Shu'aib there is a slight variation of wording. (Muslim, Book #030,
Hadith #5837)
Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas'ud: Zaynab, the wife of Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, told that Abdullah said: I heard the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) saying: spells, charms and love-potions are polytheism. I asked: Why do you say this? I swear by Allah, when my eye was discharging I used to go to so-and-so, the Jew, who applied a spell to me. When he applied the spell to me, it calmed down. Abdullah said: That was just the work of the devil who was picking it with his hand, and when he uttered the spell on it, he desisted. All you need to do is to say as the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) used to say: Remove the harm, O Lord of men, and heal. Thou art the Healer. There is no remedy but Thine which leaves no disease behind. (Abu Dauwd, Book #28, Hadith #3874)
On both the hadith above and below we find that prophet Isa (as) and his mother Maryam (Mary) has been protected from Satan’s pricks. Why? Well, Allah knows best -
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The Satan touches every son of Adam on the day when his mother gives birth to him with the exception of Mary and her son. (Muslim, Book #030, Hadith #5838)
So, a child does not cry out loud because of the slap of the doctor but for the pricking of Satan, a phenomenon that all of us had to go through except for the two persons mentioned above -
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The crying of the child (starts) when the Satan begins to prick him. (Muslim, Book #030, Hadith #5839)
Islam prohibits Muslims from killing another Muslims as they all bow to One Lord Allah. It is a serious crime that could land one into hell fire if the killing is unjustified. Now imagine how many Muslims are killing other Muslims today on a daily basis for greed, envy, vindictiveness or what have you thus falling out of grace of Allah. Therefore, the following hadith is warning the believers to be careful with their weapons as it might accidentally kill an innocent believer by Satan’s interference -
Abu Huraira reported a hadith from Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) ; (one of them was this) that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: None amongst you should point a weapon towards his brother, for he does not know that Satan might cause the weapon (to slip) from his hand and (he may injure anyone) and thus he may fall into Hell-Fire. (Muslim, Book #032, Hadith #6338)
Basically, we are all born as Muslims at the time of our birth, but it is our family and environment that changes us from belief to disbelief. Therefore, we are ought to return to our original belief in worshipping One God Allah in Islam as a Muslim denouncing all ideologies that we have been taught by our disbelieving parents and secular societies -
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The mother of every person gives him birth according to his true nature. It is subsequently his parents who make him a Jew or a Christian or a Magian. Had his parents been Muslim he would have also remained a Muslim. Every person to whom his mother gives birth (has two aspects of his life) ; when his mother gives birth Satan strikes him but it was not the case with Mary and her son (Jesus Christ). (Muslim, Book #033, Hadith #6429)
Islam teaches the Muslims many ways to safeguard themselves from the influences of Satan that are not known to the disbelievers. As a result, they are prone to falling into the traps set by the devils -
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: He who uttered these words:" There is no god but Allah, the One, having no partner with Him. Sovereignty belongs to Him and all the praise is due to Him, and He is Potent over everything" one hundred times every day there is a reward of emancipating ten slaves for him, and there are recorded hundred virtues to his credit, and hundred vices are blotted out from his scroll, and that is a safeguard for him against the Satan on that day till evening and no one brings anything more excellent than this, except one who has done more than this (who utters these words more than one hundred times and does more good acts) and he who utters:" Hallowed be Allah, and all praise is due to Him," one hundred times a day, his sins are obliterated even if they are equal to the extent of the foam of the ocean. (Muslim, Book #035, Hadith #6508)
Jabir reported: I heard Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) as saying: Verily, the Satan has lost all hopes that the worshippers would ever worship (him) in the peninsula of Arabia, but he (is hopeful) that he would sow the seed of dissension amongst them. (Muslim, Book #039, Hadith #6752)
'Iyad b. Him-ar reported that
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him), while
delivering a sermon one day, said: Behold, my Lord commanded me that I should
teach you which you do not know and which He has taught me today. (He has
instructed thus): The property which I have conferred upon them is lawful for
them. I have created My servants as one having a
natural inclination to the worship of Allah but it is Satan who turns them away from the right religion
and he makes unlawful what has been declared lawful for them and he commands
them to ascribe partnership with Him, although he has no justification for
that. And verily, Allah looked towards the people of the world and He showed
hatred for the Arabs and the non-Arabs, but with the exception of some remnants
from the People of the Book. And He (further) said: I have sent thee (the Holy
Prophet) in order to put you to test and put (those to test) through you. And I
sent the Book to you which cannot be washed away by
water, so that you may recite it while in the state of wakefulness or sleep.
Verily, Allah commanded me to burn (kill) the Quraish. I said: My Lord, they
would break my head (like the tearing) of bread, and Allah said: You turn them
out as they turned you out, you fight against them and We
shall help you in this, you should spend and you would be conferred upon. You
send an army and I would send an army five times greater than that. Fight
against those who disobey you along with those who obey you. The inmates of
Narrated Anas ibn Malik: The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: When a man goes out of his house and says: "In the name of Allah, I trust in Allah; there is no might and no power but in Allah," the following will be said to him at that time: "You are guided, defended and protected." The devils will go far from him and another devil will say: How can you deal with a man who has been guided, defended and protected? (Abu Dauwd, Book #41, Hadith #5076)
The army of Satan report to Iblis (the great Satan) about their activities for the day and collects their rewards accordingly -
Jabir reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: Iblis places his throne upon water; he then sends detachments (for creating dissension) ; the nearer to him in rank are those who are most notorious in creating dissension. One of them comes and says: I did so and so. And he says: You have done nothing. Then one amongst them comes and says: I did not spare so and so until I sowed the seed of discord between a husband and a wife. The Satan goes near him and says: 'You have done well. A'mash said: He then embraces him. (Muslim, Book #039, Hadith #6755)
Jabir reported that Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) said: The Satan sends detachments of his own in order to put people to trial and the highest in rank, in his eyes, is one who is most notorious in sowing the seed of dissension. (Muslim, Book #039, Hadith #6756)
One of the entry points for Satan into our body is through our mouth when we yawn -
The son of Abu Said al-Khudri reported on the authority of his father that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: When one of you yawns, he should try to restrain it with cue help of his hand since it is the Satan that enters therein. (Muslim, Book #042, Hadith #7131)
The son of Abu Said al-Khudri reported on the authority of his father that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said. When one of you yawns while engaged in prayer, he should try to restrain so far as it lies in his power, since it is the Satan that enter therein. (Muslim, Book #042, Hadith #7132)
Seers and fortunetellers have links to Satan in learning about the future plans of God when the angels discusses them among themselves and overheard by the devils –
Narrated 'Aisha: I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "The angels descend, the clouds and mention this or that matter decreed in the Heaven. The devils listen stealthily to such a matter, come down to inspire the soothsayers with it, and the latter would add to it one-hundred lies of their own." (Bukhari, Book #54, Hadith #432); (Book #54, Hadith #508); (Book #60, Hadith #223) and (Book #60, Hadith #324)
The magic and spells of the magicians or witches are not really theirs, but comes from the assistance of the devils –
Narrated 'Aisha: Magic was worked on the Prophet so that he began to fancy that he was doing a thing which he was not actually doing. One day he invoked (Allah) for a long period and then said, "I feel that Allah has inspired me as how to cure myself. Two persons came to me (in my dream) and sat, one by my head and the other by my feet. One of them asked the other, "What is the ailment of this man?" The other replied, 'He has been bewitched" The first asked, 'Who has bewitched him?' The other replied, 'Lubaid bin Al-A'sam.' The first one asked, 'What material has he used?' The other replied, 'A comb, the hair gathered on it, and the outer skin of the pollen of the male date-palm.' The first asked, 'Where is that?' The other replied, 'It is in the well of Dharwan.' " So, the Prophet went out towards the well and then returned and said to me on his return, "Its date-palms (the date-palms near the well) are like the heads of the devils." I asked, "Did you take out those things with which the magic was worked?" He said, "No, for I have been cured by Allah and I am afraid that this action may spread evil amongst the people." Later on the well was filled up with earth. (Bukahri, Book #54, Hadith #490); (Book #71, Hadith #658); (Book #71, Hadith #660); (Book #71, Hadith #661); (Book #73, Hadith #89) and (Book #75, Hadith #400)
Muslims are prohibited to offer prayers during sunrise and sunset, and here is why –
Narrated Ibn Umar: Allah's Apostle said, "When the (upper) edge of the sun appears (in the morning), don't perform a prayer till the sun appears in full, and when the lower edge of the sun sets, don't perform a prayer till it sets completely. And you should not seek to pray at sunrise or sunset for the sun rises between two sides of the head of the devil (or Satan)." (Bukhari, Book #54, Hadith #494)
In our childhood, our parents used to call us at the time of sunset before end of day darkness drew nigh. We were never told why, but now I know it. Though it is no longer a matter of concern at urban dwellings but it is still an issue in rural or lightly populated areas –
Narrated Jabir: The Prophet said, "When nightfalls, then keep your children close to you, for the devil spread out then. An hour later you can let them free; and close the gates of your house (at night), and mention Allah's Name thereupon, and cover your utensils, and mention Allah's Name thereupon, (and if you don't have something to cover your utensil) you may put across it something (e.g. a piece of wood etc.)." (Bukahri, Book #54, Hadith #500); (Book #54, Hadith #533) and (Book #69, Hadith #527)
An evil jinn (devil) is assigned to a each human beings -
Abu Huraira reported: The Apostle
of Allah (may peace be upon him) said. When any one of
you awakes up from sleep and performs ablution, he must clean his nose three
times, for the devil spends the night in
the interior of his nose. (Muslim, Book #002,
Hadith #0462)
[Note: When a Muslim performs ablution (wudu) for prayers automatically
cleanses the nose three times.]
Jabir reported: I heard Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) as saying: The Satan is present with any one of you in everything he does; he is present even when he eats food; so if any one of you drops a mouthful he should remove away anything filthy on it and eat it and not leave for the devil; and when he finishes (food) he should lick his fingers, for he does not know in what portion of his food the blessing lies. (Muslim, Book #023, Hadith #5046)
'Abdullah b. 'Umar reported that
the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said:
When any one of you prays, he should not allow anyone to pass before him, and
if he refuses, he should be then forcibly resisted, for there is a devil with him. (Muslim,
Book #004,
Hadith #1025)
Abdullah b. Mas'ud reported that Allah's
Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: There is none
amongst you with whom is not an attache from amongst the jinn (devil). They (the Companions) said: Allah's
Messenger, with you too? Thereupon he said: Yes, but Allah helps me against him
and so I am safe from his hand and he does not command me but for good. (Muslim, Book #039,
Hadith #6757)
A'isha the wife of Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him), reported that one day Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) came out of her (apartment) during the night and she felt jealous. Then he came and he saw me (in what agitated state of mind) I was. He said: A'isha, what has happened to you? Do you feel jealous? Thereupon she said: How can it he (that a woman like me) should not feel jealous in regard to a husband like you. Thereupon Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: It was your devil who had come to you, and she said: Allah's Mes- senger, is there along with me a devil? He said: Yes. I said: Is devil attached to everyone? He said: Yes. I (Aisha) again said: Allah's Messenger, is it with you also? He said: Yes, but my Lord has helped me against him and as such I am absolutely safe from his mischief. (Muslim, Book #039, Hadith #6759)
I met a person once who knew a lot about the jinns. He told me that it is possible to convert a jinn assigned to us into a Muslim and hence live in harmony together worshipping Allah. I found the information very interesting, but still could not find any Islamic references to support the claim.
Devils disrupts our prayers –
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger
of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: When any one of
you stands up to pray. the devil
comes to him and confuses him to that he does not know how much he has prayed.
If any one of you h" such an experience he should perform two prostrations
while sitting down (in qa'da). (Muslim, Book #004,
Hadith #1159)
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger
of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: When there is a call to prayer the devil runs back breaking the wind so that he may
not hear the call, and when the call is complete he comes back. And when the
takbir is pronounced he again runs back, and when takbir is over he comes back
and distracts a man saying: Remember such and such, remember such and such, referring to something the man did not have in his mind.
With the result that he does not know how much he has prayed; so when any one
of you is not sure how much he has prayed. He should perform two prostrations
while sitting (qa'da). (Muslim, Book #004,

Abu Huraira reported: We stopped
for rest along with the Apostle of Allah (may peace be
upon him) and did not awake till the sun rose. The Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) then told us that everybody should
take hold of his camel's nosestring (get out of this ground) for it was the
place where devil had visited us. We did
accordingly. He then called for water and performed ablution and then performed
two prostrations. Ya'qub said: Then he prayed (performed) two prostrations. then takbir was pronounced for prayer and then he offered
the morning prayer (in congregation). (Muslim, Book
#004,
Hadith #1449)
'Abdullah (b. Mas'ud) reported that
a mention was made of a man who slept the whole night till morning. He (the
Holy Prophet) remarked: That is a man in whose ears (or in whose ear) the devil urinated. (Muslim,
Book #004,
Hadith #1700)
Abu Huraira transmitted it from the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him): When any one of you goes to sleep, the devil ties three knots at the back of his neck, sealing every knot with:" You have a long night, so sleep." So if one awakes and mentions Allah, a knot will be loosened; if he performs ablution two knots are loosened; and if he prays (all) knots will be loosened, and in the morning he will be active and in good spirits; otherwise we will be in bad spirits and sluggish in the morning. (Muslim, Book #004, Hadith #1702)
Devils often take shape of black dogs and snakes as we find in the following hadiths –
Abu Dharr reported: The Messenger
of 'Allah (may peace be upon him) said: When any one of you stands for prayer
and there is a thing before him equal to the back of the saddle that covers him
and in case there is not before him (a thing) equal to the back of the saddle,
his prayer would be cut off by (passing of an) ass, woman, and black Dog. I
said: O Abu Dharr, what feature is there in a black dog which distinguish it
from the red dog and the yellow dog? He said: O, son of my brother, I asked the
Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) as you are
asking me, and he said: The black dog is a devil.

Abu Zubair heard Jabir b. 'Abdullah
(Allah be pleased with him) saying: Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him)
ordered us to kill dogs, and we carried out this order so much so that we also
kill the dog coming with a woman from the desert. Then Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) forbade their killing. He (the Holy
Prophet further) said: It is your duty the jet-black (dog) having two spots (on
the eyes), for it is a devil. (Muslim, Book #010,
Hadith #3813)
Abu as-Sa'ib, the freed slaved of
Hisham b. Zuhra, said that he visited Abu Sa'id Khudri in his house, (and he
further) said: I found him saying his prayer, so I sat down waiting for him to
finish his prayer when I heard a stir in the bundles (of wood) lying in a comer
of the house. I looked towards it and found a snake. I jumped up in order to
kill it, but he (Abu Sa'id Khudri) made a gesture that I should sit down. So I
sat down and as he finished (the prayer) he pointed to a room in the house and
said: Do you see this room? I said: Yes. He said: There was a young man amongst
us who had been newly wedded. We went with Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) (to participate in the
Narrated AbuSa'id al-Khudri: Muhammad ibn AbuYahya said that his father told that he and his companion went to AbuSa'id al-Khudri to pay a sick visit to him. He said: Then we came out from him and met a companion of ours who wanted to go to him. We went ahead and sat in the mosque. He then came back and told us that he heard AbuSa'id al-Khudri say: The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) said: Some snakes are jinn; so when anyone sees one of them in his house, he should give it a warning three times. If it return (after that), he should kill it, for it is a devil. (Abu Dauwd, Book #41, Hadith #5236)
Devils could even occupy human bodies and control it!
It his been narrated through a different chain of transmitters, on the authority of Hudhaifa b. al-Yaman who said: Messenger of Allah, no doubt, we had an evil time (i. e. the days of Jahiliyya or ignorance) and God brought us a good time (i. e. Islamic period) through which we are now living Will there be a bad time after this good time? He (the Holy Prophet) said: Yes. I said: Will there be a good time after this bad time? He said: Yes. I said: Will there be a bad time after good time? He said: Yes. I said: How? Whereupon he said: There will be leaders who will not be led by my guidance and who will not adopt my ways? There will be among them men who will have the hearts of devils in the bodies of human beings. I said: What should I do. Messenger of Allah, if I (happen) to live in that time? He replied: You will listen to the Amir and carry out his orders; even if your back is flogged and your wealth is snatched, you should listen and obey. (Muslim, Book #020, Hadith #4554)
People will be sorted out on the basis of what they believed and worshipped –
Abu Haraira reported: The people said to the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him): Messenger of Allah, shall we see our Lord on the Day of Resurrection? The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Do you feel any trouble in seeing the moon on the night when it is full? They said: Messenger of Allah, no. He (the Messenger) further said: Do you feel any trouble in seeing the sun, when there is no cloud over it? They said: Messenger of Allah. no. He (the Holy Prophet) said: Verily you would see Him like this (as you see the sun and the moon). God will gather people on the Day of Resurrection and say: Let every people follow what they worshipped. Those who worshipped the sun would follow the sun, and those who worshipped the moon would follow the moon, and those who worshipped the devils would follow the devils… (Muslim, Book #001, Hadith #0349)
The only time we are free from the influences of Satan is during the month of Ramadan –
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "When the month of Ramadan starts, the gates of the heaven are opened and the gates of Hell are closed and the devils are chained." (Bukhari, Book #31, Hadith #123); (Book #54, Hadith #497) and (Muslim, Book #006, Hadith #2361)
In the month of Ramadan mankind gets an opportunity to freely reflect on self and life without any external evil influences of Satan. As a result, we see many non-practicing Muslims revert to Islam and overall crime rate automatically drops significantly around the globe. The regular practicing Muslims call them “Ramadan Muslims” teasingly. But in fact, it is the month to regain and strengthen faith (Taqwa). Many non-Muslims revert to Islam and many secular Muslims returns to Islam wholeheartedly during and after Ramadan. Indeed, this is a month of blessing from our Lord God Almighty Allah to help people to return to Him. We find in the Qur’an –
O you who believe! Observing As-Saum (the fasting) is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become Al-Muttaqun (the pious - See V.2: 2). ( سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #183)
It is indeed a matter of shame and great failure for mankind to submit to Satan instead of the creator Allah. Our Lord has send down guidance (i.e., the Holy Qur’an) for us to read and learn from and follow a lifestyle as demonstrated by Prophet Muhammad (s) encompassing all form of acts of worship, but we pay no attention to it.
Satan has fooled majority of the world human population in making them submit to him either directly or indirectly. By setting up man made secular governments Satan have replaced the authority of One true God (i.e., Caliphate) by empowering disbelieving human beings who does not believe in existence of God and obeys Satan by establishing so called democratic systems that hinders people from worshiping Allah. Even the Muslim majority nations have done the same following the model of the disbelieving world denouncing Islam and its governance systems; thus falling out of grace of Allah.
The so called democracy is modeled to deploy by hook or by crook (rigged elections) a tyrannical puppet leader obeying the Satanic regime and oppressing own people. If anyone disobeyed a regime change was called upon them often by military force or assassinations. On the surface the political setup may look like a democracy but actually it is a dictatorship or political party controlled running the government affairs. In a democratic setup, when the rulers come to power through a festive election they pretend to represent the people, but once in power they act like thugs and assassins; and when people want to remove them from power there is really no recourse to that. An “impeachment” process is there by name only for the sake of its presence, but the process really doesn’t work even when the people rally in the streets in masses. In the name of governments, a group obedient to the political power sits in positions to take over control of all affairs resulting in anarchy bringing the judiciary and armed forces under their control. The control eventually gives the government in power to oppress the citizens in various means. In a setup like this, only the evil prospers.
In the same token, the economy is setup with interest based banking system where a group of people (bankers) does nothing but loans out other people’s money on high interests and the borrower works their ass off to pay off the debt. A fixed share of the interest income goes to the depositor who reaps some benefits of this oppressive system. In order to pay off the added rate on capital borrowed, the borrower then hikes up the cost of product produced and services rendered that gets passed on to the consumers, which is an ongoing chain reaction causing inflation. Therefore, inflation is a byproduct of an interest based system, which gets compounded by wars. Allah and His apostle prohibited interest (usury) for Muslims, but even in Muslim majority nations we observe the same setup and financial system –
Those who devour usury will not stand except as stand one whom the
Evil one by his touch Hath driven to madness. That is
because they say: "trade is like usury," but Allah hath permitted trade and forbidden usury.
Those who after receiving direction from their Lord, desist, shall be pardoned
for the past; their case is for Allah (to judge); but those who repeat (The
offence) are companions of the Fire: They will abide therein (for ever). ( سورة
البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2,
Verse #275)
People dealing with usury or
interest are cursed –
Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas'ud: The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) cursed the one who accepted usury, the one who paid it, the witness to it, and the one who recorded it. (Abu Dauwd, Book #22, Hadith #3327)
Yet, many Muslims are directly or indirectly engaged with the banking system dealing with interests. To make it even worse, many Muslims are calling for “Islamic Banks” legalizing usury in other names whereas the fundamental of banking system remains unchanged. In one end they claim to be Muslims, and on the other hand they are openly betraying Allah and His Prophet (s). An incredible deceit played by Satan on Muslims and the Muslims are not even aware of it.
Greed and lust has swallowed the entire world leading to crime, corruption, inhumanity and what not. But what good would accumulation of wealth and power in this world bring?
Perish the hands of the Father of Flame! Perish he! No profit to him from all his wealth, and all his gains! Burnt soon will he be in a Fire of Blazing Flame! His wife shall carry the (crackling) wood - As fuel!- A twisted rope of palm-leaf fibre round her (own) neck! (Sura Al-Masadd # 111)
In the name of secular government the folks in the government and their components are hindering people from the path of Allah by creating barriers in their practices of religion freely. Muslim women are discouraged from wearing hijab and veil themselves and are encouraged to mingle with men in the society in the name of women empowerment, which is totally against Islamic philosophy and ideology. Men are discouraged from growing beards and attending masjids to offer regular prayers that are compulsory for all Muslims. These people in the government have no faith whatsoever and thus following Satan -
Satan's plan is (but) to excite
enmity and hatred between you, with intoxicants and gambling, and hinder you from the remembrance of Allah, and from prayer: will ye not then
abstain? ( سورة
المائدة , Al-Maeda, Chapter #5,
Verse #91)
"Those who would hinder (men) from the path of Allah and would seek in it something crooked: they
were those who denied the Hereafter." ( سورة الأعراف ,
Al-Araf, Chapter #7,

"And squat not on every road,
breathing threats, hindering from the
path of Allah those who believe in Him,
and seeking in it something crooked; But remember how ye were little, and He gave
you increase. And hold in your mind's eye what was the end of those who did
mischief. ( سورة
الأعراف , Al-Araf, Chapter #7,
Verse #86)
Those who love the life of this world more than the Hereafter, who hinder (men) from the Path of Allah and seek therein something crooked: they are astray by a long distance. ( سورة إبراهيم , Ibrahim, Chapter #14, Verse #3)
Warnings are ample throughout the Qur’an. Allah have destroyed many nations earlier for their disobedience –
See they not how many of those before them We did destroy?- generations We had established on the earth, in strength
such as We have not given to you - for whom We poured out rain from the skies
in abundance, and gave (fertile) streams flowing beneath their (feet): yet for
their sins We destroyed them, and raised
in their wake fresh generations (to succeed them). ( سورة الأنعام ,
Al-Anaam, Chapter #6,
Verse #6)
How many
towns have We destroyed
(for their sins)? Our punishment took them on a sudden by night or while they
slept for their afternoon rest. ( سورة الأعراف ,
Al-Araf, Chapter #7,
Verse #4)
How many
generations have We destroyed
after Noah? And enough is thy Lord to note and see the sins of His
servants. ( سورة
الإسراء , Al-Isra, Chapter #17,

But how many (countless) generations before them have we destroyed, who were even better in equipment and
in glitter to the eye? ( سورة مريم , Maryam, Chapter #19,

Is it not a warning to such men (to
call to mind) how many generations before
them We destroyed,
in whose haunts they (now) move? Verily, in this are Signs for men endued with

How many
populations have We destroyed,
which were given to wrong-doing? They tumbled down on their roofs. And how many wells are lying idle and neglected, and

Does it not teach them a lesson, how many generations We destroyed before them, in whose dwellings they (now) go to and fro? Verily in that are Signs: Do they not then listen? ( سورة السجدة , As-Sajda, Chapter #32, Verse #26)
Many think that the days of Allah’s retribution are over. And
He does not destroy any nation as He used to do in earlier time. But they are
dead wrong and not paying any attention on the events that is unfolding around
them. Have we not witnessed two world wars in our recent times? Have we not
witnessed a liberation war in
Never think that Allah would fail his messengers in His promise: for Allah is Exalted in power, - the Lord of retribution. ( سورة إبراهيم , Ibrahim, Chapter #14, Verse #47)
But it will be no more than the retribution of (the Evil) that ye have wrought;- ( سورة الصافات , As-Saaffat, Chapter #37, Verse #39)
One day We shall seize you with a mighty onslaught: We will indeed (then) exact retribution! ( سورة الدخان , Ad-Dukhan, Chapter #44, Verse #16)
Allah does not destroy any population unless and until messengers are sent. He gives an opportunity for the targeted population to revert to Him in obedience; if they do they remain or else they are destroyed –
This is because your Lord would not
destroy the (populations of) towns for their wrong-doing (i.e. associating
others in worship along with Allah) while their people were unaware (so the
Messengers were sent). ( سورة
الأنعام , Al-Anaam, Chapter #6,
Verse #131)
And your Lord would never destroy the towns
wrongfully, while their people were right-doers. ( سورة هود , Hud, Chapter #11,

And never did We
destroy a township
but there was a known decree for it. ( سورة الحجر , Al-Hijr, Chapter #15,

And when We
decide to destroy a town (population), We (first) send a definite
order (to obey Allah and be righteous) to those among them [or We (first)
increase in number those of its population] who lead a life of luxury. Then,
they transgress therein, and thus the word (of torment) is justified against it

it with complete destruction. ( سورة الإسراء ,

Not one of the towns (populations), of those which We destroyed, believed
before them (though We sent them signs): will they then believe? ( سورة

How many a town (community) given to wrong-doing, have We destroyed, and

a Messenger reciting to them Our Verses. And never would We

unless the people thereof are Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers, disbelievers
in the Oneness of Allah, oppressors and tyrants). ( سورة القصص , Al-Qasas, Chapter #28,

Then We destroyed the rest (the town of
And indeed We
have destroyed towns (populations) round about you, and We have (repeatedly)
shown (them) the Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations,
etc.) in various ways that they might return (to the truth and believe in the
Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism). ( سورة الأحقاف ,
Al-Ahqaf, Chapter #46,
Verse #27)
And many a town, stronger than your town (Makkah) (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) which has driven you out We have destroyed. And there was none to help them. ( سورة محمد , Muhammad, Chapter #47, Verse #13)
Now modern day disbelievers may say, “Oh, well! We did not have any Messenger sent to us!” Then listen up loud and clear, the Muslims that you are killing and prosecuting around the world are “The Messengers” to you; because they are the representatives of Allah on earth –
"And behold! I inspired the
disciples to have faith in Me and Mine Messenger: they
said, 'We have faith, and do thou bear witness that we bow to Allah as Muslims'".

And strive in His cause as ye ought to strive, (with sincerity and under discipline). He has chosen you, and has imposed no difficulties on you in religion; it is the cult of your father Abraham. It is He Who has named you Muslims, both before and in this (Revelation); that the Messenger may be a witness for you, and ye be witnesses for mankind! So establish regular Prayer, give regular Charity, and hold fast to Allah! He is your Protector - the Best to protect and the Best to help! ( سورة الحج , Al-Hajj, Chapter #22, Verse #78)
Prophet Muhammad (s) was the last of the prophets. No more prophets will come to mankind again –
Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but (he is) the Messenger of Allah, and the seal of the Prophets: and Allah has full knowledge of all things. ( سورة الأحزاب , Al-Ahzab, Chapter #33, Verse #40)
However, Prophet Isa (as) will return once again to live a normal life and die a normal death on earth as he was taken up in the heavens and thus could not complete his life here on earth –
But Allah raised him ['Îsa (Jesus)] up (with his body and soul) unto himself (and he عليه السلام is in the heavens). And Allah is Ever All-Powerful, All-Wise. ( سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #158)
Do not think that he is going to support you and enjoin you? Rather he would do the followings –
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "By Him in Whose Hands my soul is, surely (Jesus,) the son of Mary will soon descend amongst you and will judge mankind justly (as a Just Ruler); he will break the cross and kill the pigs and there will be no Jizya (i.e. taxation taken from non Muslims). Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it, and a single prostration to Allah (in prayer) will be better than the whole world and whatever is in it." Abu Huraira added "If you wish, you can recite (this verse of the Holy Book): -- 'And there is none Of the people of the Scriptures (Jews and Christians) But must believe in him (i.e Jesus as an Apostle of Allah and a human being) Before his death. And on the Day of Judgment He will be a witness Against them." (4.159) (See Fateh Al Bari, Page 302 Vol 7) (Bukhari, Book #55, Hadith #657)
What does this signify? It signifies that he himself would destroy the foundation of Christianity. Not just Christianity, Judaism too would come to an end –
Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Umar: I
heard Allah's Apostle saying, "The jews will fight with you, and you will be
given victory over them so that a stone will say, 'O Muslim! There is a Jew
behind me; kill him!' "
(Bukhari, Book #56,
Hadith #791)
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him." (Bukhari, Book #52, Hadith #177)
Even after all this events and incidents if people remains ignorant, arrogant and in disbelief promoting homosexuality, lewdness, genocide, racism, fascism, bigotry, same sex marriage, lust, fornication, corruption etc than Allah declares -
And there is not a town (population) but We shall destroy it before the Day of Resurrection, or punish it with a severe torment. That is written in the Book (of Our Decrees) ( سورة الإسراء , Al-Isra, Chapter #17, Verse #58)
The way the world events are unfolding, it is apparent that the entire secular political, economical and financial systems around the world is going to collapse for a new system to replace it. And the reason for the collapse would not be due to rebellion or resistance of the Islamic jihadists rather would be due to its inefficiency and demerits. Crime, corruption, greed, inefficiency and incompetence would cause the secular systems to fall. Ironically, not matter how strange it may sound, the system that would rescue mankind to replace the crippled system and make mankind stand once again on the ruins will be Islam. Satan knows it very well and that is why he and his armies have declared war on Islam. Make no mistake about it.
O mankind! Be afraid of your Lord
(by keeping your duty to Him and avoiding all evil), and fear a Day when no
father can avail aught for his son, nor a son avail aught for his father.
Verily, the Promise of Allah is true: let not then this
(worldly) present life deceive you, nor let the chief deceiver (Satan) deceive you about Allah. ( سورة لقمان ,

O mankind! Verily, the Promise of
Allah is true. So let not this present life deceive
you, and let not the chief deceiver

Mankind basically have two choices, either to follow Allah – the One and Only God who is the Creator through the guidance from the Qur’an; or follow Satan – the rebel who knowingly denounced Allah and disobeyed Him. Alas! Mankind has failed itself by making the wrong choice, and Satan is laughing.
